The shower wouldn’t drain and the front desk person refused to help me . The response was “ sorry there is no one here.” DO NOT STAY HERE! This is NOT the first time this facility has caused us issues . Never again!!! What a shame

Hotel definitely needs updated, wall paper is peeling off the walls. Room was very nice and breakfast was ok. However once again i requested a ground level room but didnt get one as i am a disabled veteran.

The room was very clean. I wasn't keen on the square pillows. They were a little too thick for me. We checked in at 3 pm but the standard king bed room we booked wasn't available. Reason given was cleaning staff shortage. We waited 45 minutes then switched to a room with 2 queen beds. We paid same amount. Ut was a little disappointing.

The hotel is very nice. The room is spacious and clean with comfortable beds.
Unfortunately the young lady at the reception was very unfriendly. Like dealing with a machine. No smile, nothing. Did not even look up until I made a sound to get her attention. I don't know if I would stay here again. Staff friendliness is very important.

We always stay here if nearby. Breakfast was meager this time. No coffee was available for quite a while, every cooked option had peppers, which I cannot eat. AND, the toaster was broken.

Hotel was great, but the bottom of the bathtub was very chipped up. This would have been a problem if we needed to give a toddler a bath.
