It was an overall worthwhile and satisfactory experience. There was one incident though where I requested for a cab service to DCA on the night before I checked out. There was no reservation made. It’s quite disappointing but it nevertheless worked out for me since I had other means. But had I not, I would have thrown a fit! At the very least they should have reconfirmed with me at the time I checked out if I still needed the cab service. Apart from this, all else was great- the food choices for breakfast, even the coffee and tea options. Location was also great since it was quite near the White House and CVS. The room was also about right size for a single occupant, clean and with adequate amenities.

The room was large and clean, but there was only an office chair and no sofa, so there was no place for two people to sit. The shower was very small and uncomfortable. The air conditioner was very loud. The lobby was nice, with comfortable seats and a 24-hour coffee and tea corner. Transportation was very convenient.

What I dislike the most is that there is no shower head in the bathroom. The faucet is fixed on the wall and the height cannot be adjusted. It is difficult to wash. It's very close to the White House and can be reached on foot, but the museum requires a taxi.

The room is clean and tidy, a few minutes walk to the White House. From the airport, take the Silver Line subway to get there directly. It costs only 4 US dollars, and the subway card can still be recharged. Within 5 minutes walk from the subway station. You can also take a direct bus at that subway station to go to the Capitol, the Natural History Museum and other places. The transportation is really convenient. In the lobby, you can get coffee, tea, and boiled water by yourself at any time. Very satisfying experience,

The room is spacious, the bedding is comfortable, and the toiletries are good. The breakfast is a little simple, but coffee and tea are provided for free in the lobby. It is convenient to travel to various attractions. If you go to see the cherry blossoms, it is a worthwhile trip.

This hotel is very cost-effective, you can get to the White House within a few minutes of going out, the surrounding environment is clean, and the service staff are quite nice, especially a girl and a middle-aged uncle at the front desk, who understand the needs of guests very well and respond in seconds

Breakfast was great! It is very close to the subway and bus station, and can be reached in about five minutes on foot. It's also very close to the White House, just a short stroll away. I will stay here again if I have the chance to come next time.

The temporary free replacement was at a nearby Marriott, which was okay.

The location is excellent, very close to the White House and other attractions. There is a blue line subway that goes directly to Washington National Airport and Congress, and a red line subway that goes directly to Union Station. It is very convenient to travel. The room was nice, clean and tidy. An American breakfast is provided, which is relatively rich, and coffee and hot water are provided around the clock. The concierge can store luggage for free, call a car, etc., and can also delay check-out for a certain period of time. Disadvantages: The air conditioner in the room is relatively loud, because the check-out time can be delayed, so the room may not be ready at 3:00 check-in time, and you need to wait for a while.

The location is good, the breakfast is decent, but the air conditioning vent is uncomfortable!

If I have the opportunity to go to Washington D.C. next time, I would like to stay again. Everything is GOOOOD.
