Stayed here overnight on our way to Bryson City. Staff was very friendly and the room was clean. Very convenient for a quick overnight stay

The woman running the breakfast in the morning was the rudest employee I’ve ever encountered in my life. She was eating the guests food and told us we were interrupting her breakfast. Was talking down and screaming to all of the guests and swearing

Another Choice Hotel. Another generally unremarkable stay, but with a few remarks this time. The first room that we were given reeked of cigarette smoke, and we had to immediately request a room change. Our new room was larger, and generally comfortable. Wi-Fi connected easily and stayed connected. The pillows were those horrible small pillows that are infesting hotels these days, making sleep hard. Overall, meh.

Update on the property, no washer dryer as advertised. There are no chairs or mini fridge in the rooms. Staff was very friendly and helpful, despite that I wont be back.

We stayed at this hotel on our southbound trip and decided to stay again as we returned northbound.
Both times we were delighted with the staff (front desk, breakfast manager) and the comfort of our room. The room had all the basic amenities, was spotlessly clean, and featured a most comfortable king-sized bed.
The hotel is undergoing substantial renovations and the staff promised that we will be excited to see the final product.

The property is in the process of being renovated. Was saying that we had one of the renovated rooms and it was very comfortable very clean. The beds were great. The only complaint we had about the whole stay was the lady who was in charge of the breakfast. She actually started an argument with somebody in my party and she scolded you if you didn’t do everything to her liking. Minus that employee, it was a good stay.

Clean place breakfast was average. Noisy guests late into night. Under renovation, luckily we had one of renovated rooms.
