Resort super!!!!!

Had the absolute worst Experience at the Rotary D9212 DCA . Customer Service was terrible right from the security personnel at the gate(extremely rude)Drinks were overpriced . The food is another horror movie,They mixed boiled white rice with potatoes and shredded bits of chicken on top then called it "biryani". The hotel is not suitable for Kids and people living with special needs.

Horrible experience and handling by the management during the Rotary District conference. Guests were locked out from a dinner event and the cost of drinks was ridiculously expensive. Customer service was lacking as people were made to park outside and walk in the rain. Even drop off or pick up was not allowed.

Temple point is an amazing place with a very friendly staff. Enjoy the day by the pool or at the private beach and watch the sunset from Lichthouse can be the perfect match for an amazing day. They also offer excellent spa experiences and the food in all restaurants is absolutely fantastic.

Many Kenya themed houses in a reserve full of greenery and friendly animals, kind and smiling staff, spotless swimming pools, excellent food choice on the three dedicated points, excellent maintenance of the surrounding greenery, continuous cleaning of the habitat. I spent 11 days there, a memorable holiday 🔝

For the amount of money you spend you would expect a bit more. The rooms do not look like what is advertised. Especially the creek deluxe room. Many of them do not have the balcony and terrace but only a shared balcony. Many of the rooms don't have any view at all, and tucked away at the back of the building. Furthermore, when i stayed they were busy doing construction work on new projects and it was like i was living in a construction site. Many construction workers walking past my room and always had to keep my curtains closed. Building noises were constantly going off and you couldn't even lie by the pool and have a relaxing day without the sound of tools going off. Then a project started right outside my room and it was the only view i had, I had to leave the resort everyday to get away from the construction. They were too worried about their new projects to worry about their paying guests. The turndown service lacked. We often did not get a turn down service so did not get fresh towels, or any towels for that matter, as well as tea/coffee/sugar top up so when you went to make the next morning you did not have. The staff are friendly but there are most certainly areas to work on to make it worth the money.

Absolutely loved our stay here. The resort is stunning, very clean, lots of room to wonder around without having to leave. Private beaches, yoga spots, great food and service, the staff are all amazing. Room's were lovely and large, with comfy beds. I really loved the feeling of feeling in nature there. They also have the coolest sunset bar to go and chill at. We used the dive school which was up to great standards, very well run. My sister used the gym / fitness classes which are on every day as an option. She did say the pilates class was very intense (not relaxing!) I loved how quiet it was here, no children, no parties, so a great place to read a book in silence and sleep well at night. Oh and the beauty parlour is FANTASTIC, we had massages and facials there and all said they were the best treatments we had ever had! If you are looking to completely relax in comfort, this is the place to stay!

Watamu is beautiful and this is a nice hotel, spacious with many options. The rooms are a bit dated and could require a refresh. The Internet is acceptable to speed and the food is good. The hotel has a small beach but unlike other hotels is less of a beach hotel and more looking onto the creek.
