Premise: I call before arriving at the hotel considering the heat I make sure that the structure has air conditioning, upon my arrival we try various rooms all quite dirty and dilapidated, the only positive note is air conditioning.
Once we have placed our suitcases we go out of the residence to go to dinner. Upon our return we find a fan outside the door, I ask the receptionist what it meant and he replies that the air is broken in all the rooms considering that I had booked the residence only and exclusively for the air conditioning I ask him for a refund and leave the residence.
Conclusion of the story I found myself at 11pm wandering around with my partner looking for a hotel and I didn't even get a refund!
I don't know if the site where I booked or the hotels or the structure is worse

Hotel staff and location were nice. No hot shower, no keys of the window, and no TV program..... always noisy...
Mpango restaurant （next to the hotel)provide amazing Italian food.
