The ****** is dirty nobody ever goes through and wipes machines down cigarette butts on the floor full ashtrays and the employees are most definitely not friendly I even was personally harassed which I am currently dealing with the head of security over!!

I was in town for business and chose to stay at Isle ****** Hotel. I had a decent stay. The staff was very helpful and nice. The burger restaurant in the hotel had decent food and beverages. Overall it was a good experience.

King room on the 5th floor, Must not have been a remodeled room. No coffee makers in the rooms? Had to wait till 8:00 to get a cup of coffee. For an early riser, not a good situation.No microwave in the room. No facial bar soap in bathroom. Found a sharp piece of plastic on the carpet. Maybe they don't vaccuum every room cleaning.Wasn't horrible, but we expected better. Did not use the pool, so no review on that. Looked nice, though.

Booked reservation on *******. I was called by the ****** manager to tell me that there were no rooms, and that it was an ******* problem, and I would need to deal with the cancelation and refund myself. ******* does not make up the quantity of rooms available - their reservations are synched, so the ****** had an issue. I know this because I own vacation homes and list on *******. All I wanted was for the ****** to deal with the issue, and the manager was adamant that would not happen. ******* still showed 4 rooms available at the ****** after I rebooked elsewhere.

Room was large but could have used more furniture, like another chair or table as it seemed bare except for the bed, one chair and a small table. When booking the room online it shows the price of the room but after you enter your credit card and see your total, there is a bunch of added items that runs up the cost about $40. I would have went else where if this would have been shown prior to booking. No free drinks when you are ******** like other Casinos although everyone was very freindly in the ****** unlike most Casinos. Deffinately was a one time stay for us...
