Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Waterloo

The minute we walked in our room I could smell something. Still not sure what it was, but every time we walked in it was there. Thin walls. The people next door were loud and the people above us when they were walking around our windows were rattling. The front desk person was nice. But, they told me no less than 6 times that I had to move my car, because of some picture they were taking. They told me to move it even after I put it where they told me to. Not real sure if I would stay here again, but it was easy to get to and real close to where we were going.

They just renovated the rooms and I had some of the best sleep and they are conveniently located in the middle of everything the town has to offer!

The staff did a great job in keeping us taken care of from breakfast to last minute needs. Even under construction and a full house that weekend. Would return.

Annette was the best. I spoke with her on the phone and she was here during checkin she’s a keeper. Very polite and accommodating

I booked my rooms in advance and I would think that the place would call to let you know that all there amenities are not there there was no pool because the pool was out of order they could have let me know in advance of my stay there at Days inn I'm not saying I won't stay there again but I will call them to make sure they have everything that I need

The only thing I’d recommend is checking out the drain in the tub, not sure if the room I got just didn’t get checked but the it wouldn’t drain right away and felt like something was stuck inside. Overall it’s a nice place to stay and will still plan on going back again. Good hotel to stay at if you’re looking for something cheap but still nice.

I don’t normally write reviews but this place has regularly gone so far out of their way to assist me and make me comfortable that I want to let other know. The manager Jim and his colleague Shelby are both remarkable. The hotel is always so friendly, clean, and safe and the location is so way to get everywhere in the Cedar Valley. I stay here regularly and have enjoyed seeing the property get even better through their remodeling, great color schemes and improvements throughout. I stay in a lot of hotels and this place is special, mostly because of its people!

Was not able to regulate the heat in our rm at all rm 141. Had to call front desk to turn heat on. They used a remote n then took it with them so we couldnt turn temp down. Got very warm n uncomfortable sleeping.
