We live 5 minutes away but chose to stay at the hotel due to a family wedding and reception there. They have a beautiful property, and the outdoors set up was awesome! My complaints more come from the service we received. I received an email to do a no contact check in. I tried and tried, but it never worked. No big deal as the lady who checked us in was awesome. We got to our room, and it was 75 degrees in there. We immediately turned on the air. The room was not getting cooler, and we were trying to get dressed and ready for the wedding. I called the front desk numerous times with no answer. We turned it to 57 to see if that would make it finally cool down When we went downstairs, there was another front desk employee. She was not nice whenever we tried to speak with her. Told her our air was not working, and I know many others were complaining too. She said maintenance was still there, and they would be up. We went to our room multiple times with no change in the thermostat. We said something to her again, and obviously she did nothing, again. My husband finally said we will just deal with it because nothing was happening, and we were not going to throw our money away. When we went upstairs for the night, it was 76 in our room. We got a miserable nights sleep as we were sweating all night. Woke up and it was 75 degrees. Also, the bartender assigned to our wedding was a total mean girl. She was not friendly at all, ignored you even when no one else was there. Many people said something about her service. Shout out to the guy bartender in the lobby. He was nice and fun, and we ended up walking out there every time we wanted a drink. We love staying at Hilton’s, so this was a total disappointment.

GGuest UserPet friendly with a good pool. Breakfast is pretty darn good. I just wish there was more variety daily concerning the hot choices. Very clean rooms, good internet, and cable TV...great to come back to at night with no worries. Price versus stay...A for a grade!

GGuest UserWhen we got to the hotel there were many people waiting for their rooms to ready, this was an hour after check in times. When we got to our room, the door was open, a pop bottle was laying right in the walk way into the room and the beds weren't made. We went to the front desk, waited for a few minutes for a worker to let her know, said that we would be back since we had our daughters college graduation to attend. When we got back to the hotel later that night no worker was to be seen. Get into the room and the floors were nasty and sticky~my husband cleaned it up some with a wet towel. Breakfast was very limited with what was available for food. They ran out of milk and had to go to the store to buy more. Workers were very scarce, when checking out we couldn't since nobody was at the front desk. The garbage can by the front entrance was over filled and we couldn't even throw away our few items. Highly recommend NOT staying at this location.

GGuest UserOur experience was a overnight trip. The lobby was ok, our front desk person was polite. On our way to our room on the second floor there were 2 BB guns just sitting next to the exit sign (picture below). Wasn’t off to the best start. The room was a bit sp****, the smoke alarm was detached and placed on a shelf, one of the recessed lights is partially hanging out of the ceiling. We had 2 towels total plus a wash cloth. The room overall appeared to be clean just not stocked w necessity items. They allow pets which is great, however someone had a dog that barked non stop majority of the night. There was a lot of commotion all night in and out of rooms and hooting and hollering down the hallways. We assume that some guests are not guests but they live there, again an assumption but would explain some of the conversations we heard throughout the night. When we went to check out this morning there was no one around other than those outside smoking so we left the keys at the desk after waiting for someone to wait on us. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.
