The rooms were of good size. Spacious and comfortable. Good that they have air conditioning for the heat wave! Limited English channels. Overall quite clean with coffee and tea and kettle. But tabletops were not clean..Wiped it snd my wet wipes were black. Lobby has a cool party vibe and it was the week of tomorrowland. We liked the place since we were traveling with adult kids but if we were to come with our 9yr old, ot will not be suitable. Far from grand place but we drove so it's ok. Would have been a very far walk.

The hotel perfectly meets its quality-price ratio. It is located half an hour walk from the center. The air conditioning is very good and so are the beds. Excellent staff. The only ”disadvantages” are the soundproofing (quite bad compared to other rooms and the exterior), for which they even leave you some earplugs as a gift, and the smell of the bathroom, which used to give off a bad smell since we arrived. The staff is great, and the rooms at least ours were spacious. They do not have a refrigerator in the rooms but they do have complimentary coffee and coffee maker. We would repeat.

Stayed here two nights in mid-January 2023. Hotel is located in a gritty area, with much construction, but just a five minute walk to the main train station, with many transit connections. It's about a 10 - 20 minute walk to various tourist sites in the city. There are convenience stores and dining options nearby. Staff was OK but not overly friendly. Single room was small, but clean and the price was fair. There was a heating/AC unit on the wall but one button was missing and it didn't appear to be working. Temp was OK. There was a small desk and chair. Shower and sink were in the room and toilet in a small closet. The window opened into a narrow ventilation shaft so it was rather dark. Wifi, lights and TV worked fine. I didn't pay for the breakfast. It wasn't great, but it did the trick.

It was very good comparing to price. Very close to the center and easy access to every where. Also availability of parking is very good.

My partner and I have just come back after a new year break in Brussels. After reading the reviews we were a bit sceptical about the hotel but we had a really pleasant stay. The hotel is fine for what we needed it for-mainly to sleep after a long day exploring Brussels. The rooms were basic-yes, but clean and comfortable. The location is great, around a 15minute walk into the main square and a 5 minute walk to the nearest train station which we used to access the atomium. We didn't find the area to be uncomfortable, even when walking home on New Year's Eve at 1am. We booked as part of a Eurostar package and for the price we paid we were very happy. You get what you pay for! Can't comment on the breakfast as we didn't book as part of our package-there are lots of places in the centre to eat.

My husband and I stayed here while touring around several different countries. This was one of our favorite hotels we stayed at. The location is great, within walking distance of a lot of shops and dining downtown. We walked to see the guild houses and the Mont Des Arts. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. There is a paid parking garage nearby we were able to park at. The only thing I do want to mention is the rooms are very small, at least the standard room we had was. We were on our trip for nearly three weeks so we had fairly large luggages that we had trouble fitting into the room / around the bed. Other than that though, everything was great.

I had a reservation and my trip was moved forward a day and this company wouldn't move my booking despite the fact that they advertise flexible booking ( this was over a month until my trip so there was plenty of notice given) I was told there was no availability but I found the exact same room for the date I needed to change to on their website. I booked this and asked if they could waive their cancellation fee as I hadn't completely cancelled and they were still getting my money, it was just a day earlier than planned. I was told that I couldn't do this and was going to be charged the full £100 if I cancelled and rebooked with the same company, plus the charge for the new room. This is an extremely greedy company that isn't really interested in helping their customers or building relationships with customers they just want your money then they don't care. I had a three week trip around Europe booked with IBIS hotels and I will certainly be cancelling all of them and never using them again as they lie when they advertise their flexibility. Lovely location , secluded from the city and a perfect getaway from reality to get in touch with who you are. The Cinq Mondes Spa provides some elevating body massages and then hiking through the Sonian Forest in the morning was absolutely amazing and breathtaking

I stayed here with colleagues 3 times in 8 days. The first visit I was greeted by a most friendly, understanding, humorous and friendly man who could not have made the process any better. The second visit the man hadn't a smile or any warmth in his greeting. The third time possibly due to my colleague and I trying to discuss that we didn't like having to run the gauntlet of smokers outside the only entrance and it being enclosed on 3 sides we were met with distain, sarcasm, sideways looks between colleagues and frank rudeness. There was no attempt to even try to apologise, quiet the opposite in fact being told that ”it's outside so doesn't matter!” Customer service needs attention. Rooms clean, needs comfy, breakfast adequate. Restaurant available in the next door Ibis standard hotel. Staff here very pleasant. Food below average. Position was great for our needs. Plenty of car parking. Pay at reception for parking of you require a receipt otherwise the barrier doesn't give you one and you have to go back to reception to request one to be emailed to you.

The hotel itself is nice and is well furnished with good sized, comfortable rooms. We stayed for one night going down to Bavaria and again on the way home. Check in was easy and the staff were very helpful. The hotel is fresh, modern and ideal for an overnight stop over. There are shops and restaurants a short walk away if needed, as no evening meal/food was available. My room on the way out was comfortable and clean with great in room facilities including a lovely walk in shower and nice comfy beds. Both shower heads were in dire need of descaling and the rainfall shower sprayed every which way but down meaning I couldn’t use it. The air con was an added plus and soon cooled the room down. All 3 rooms I had were the same layout and had the walk in shower with Rituals soaps/shampoo provided. Worryingly, on inspection in the room for my return journey I found a dead adult bed bug on the grey pull out futon chair. I saw this as soon as I lifted the cushion and there was also a dirty tissue inside the cushion case. This suggests cleaning staff had not checked that area very thoroughly as it was easy to spot. The actual bed was clean with no signs of other bugs, but I was not taking the risk and was moved rooms immediately. I always inspect rooms thoroughly in any hotel before bringing my luggage in for this exact reason. The reception were most helpful and moved me to the other side of the hotel straight away, but it did cause me a lot of anxiety and I had a poor nights sleep as a result. No one wants to find that in their room!! The second room provided was clean with no issues identified other than the shower heads needing descaling. The breakfast offered was tasty with a good choice of food items and drinks. Porterage was included in our package but I took my own luggage up and down to the rooms. The rooms had a nice large tv and plenty of channels to choose from. The adjustable floor light was nice to leave on at night for a bit of light in the room. I would recommend the hotel and would be willing to stay there again. Hopefully they will start offering evening meals as this will be a huge plus for weary travellers who don’t want to walk down a main road to get to a restaurant.
