We stayed in this hotel and we found it perfect in many aspects. It is relatively far from the city centre but it is well-communicated. There is a bus stop at two minutes from the hotel, and the metro station is at ten minutes, with a line that goes directly to the city centre. The hotel seems new, and the rooms too. The room is spacious with a big bathroom and a kitchen with all the utensils. Also, there is a table and chairs, so if you want to cook something and eat, you can do it perfectly. As an important aspect, there is a supermarket (Carrefour express) inside the hospital located in front of the hotel, and another one in the metro station. The hotel has a modern gym with free access and a laundry. We highly recommend this hotel, which has a reduced price compared to other hotels in the centre, and obviously with a very high quality.

Stayed here two nights in mid-January 2023. Hotel is located in a gritty area, with much construction, but just a five minute walk to the main train station, with many transit connections. It's about a 10 - 20 minute walk to various tourist sites in the city. There are convenience stores and dining options nearby. Staff was OK but not overly friendly. Single room was small, but clean and the price was fair. There was a heating/AC unit on the wall but one button was missing and it didn't appear to be working. Temp was OK. There was a small desk and chair. Shower and sink were in the room and toilet in a small closet. The window opened into a narrow ventilation shaft so it was rather dark. Wifi, lights and TV worked fine. I didn't pay for the breakfast. It wasn't great, but it did the trick.

when 4 friends arrived in Brussels for the weekend from the Netherlands, it was our preferred hostel. Although the road to the hostel is deserted late at night, apart from that, the center can be reached in a short time on foot, so it was very good in terms of location. since there are 4 of us, we preferred a quadruple room with a private bathroom. The toilet and bathroom were very clean, I recommend bringing soap with you. The room was clean and it was enough, we didn't need anything extra, as we had already entered only to sleep. The employees were very, very nice, especially the gentleman who helped us when we first checked in was very kind hearted! Thank you for everything, I would definitely recommend it.

I had a reservation and my trip was moved forward a day and this company wouldn't move my booking despite the fact that they advertise flexible booking ( this was over a month until my trip so there was plenty of notice given) I was told there was no availability but I found the exact same room for the date I needed to change to on their website. I booked this and asked if they could waive their cancellation fee as I hadn't completely cancelled and they were still getting my money, it was just a day earlier than planned. I was told that I couldn't do this and was going to be charged the full £100 if I cancelled and rebooked with the same company, plus the charge for the new room. This is an extremely greedy company that isn't really interested in helping their customers or building relationships with customers they just want your money then they don't care. I had a three week trip around Europe booked with IBIS hotels and I will certainly be cancelling all of them and never using them again as they lie when they advertise their flexibility. I stayed here with colleagues 3 times in 8 days. The first visit I was greeted by a most friendly, understanding, humorous and friendly man who could not have made the process any better. The second visit the man hadn't a smile or any warmth in his greeting. The third time possibly due to my colleague and I trying to discuss that we didn't like having to run the gauntlet of smokers outside the only entrance and it being enclosed on 3 sides we were met with distain, sarcasm, sideways looks between colleagues and frank rudeness. There was no attempt to even try to apologise, quiet the opposite in fact being told that ”it's outside so doesn't matter!” Customer service needs attention. Rooms clean, needs comfy, breakfast adequate. Restaurant available in the next door Ibis standard hotel. Staff here very pleasant. Food below average. Position was great for our needs. Plenty of car parking. Pay at reception for parking of you require a receipt otherwise the barrier doesn't give you one and you have to go back to reception to request one to be emailed to you.

First time I've stayed in a Penta Hotel. Excellent & helpful communication with hotel prior to my stay. Like others I found checking in at the bar very strange and I found the guy at the bar doing this very curt (it was around 11 at night so maybe he had a hard day!). Decor on ground floor very modern, moody and dark - great they had a complimentary water cooler available. Rooms are very small but for one night it was fine - again modern decor and clean. My room could have done with a bit of maintenance however - curtain loose and paint(?) stain on carpet. The strangest thing about the room was how close the hairdryer was to the sink - couldn't really help splashing it when getting washed! Surely this can't be compliant with current safety regulations (see pic). All in all had a great sleep and would use Pentahotels again based on this short 1-night stay.

The hotel was rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff was courteous and professional. Check-in and check-out was efficient and quick. The airport shuttle ran frequently and was reliable.

This was the second time this year that we have decided to stay at the Sheraton Airport prior to our return trip home. While the hotel is overpriced it is so convenient for departure and it eliminates the anxiety regarding taxi or transit strikes (something that seems to be a cultural event). The hotel offers great service; friendly and efficient check in and checkout, good response to requests (extra towels), etc. While it seems to be appearing “a little tired” (light bulbs flickering, some new paint required) I have found it to be clean, comfortable and has the hottest water I have experienced anywhere in the world. Gullivers restaurant has adequate service and food although the wait time for meals in the evening can be a test of patience. Breakfast is much quicker and if you wish the breakfast buffet, it is complete and well presented. The coffee we had there both times was the best we have had anywhere during our past month in Belgium! Regarding the waiters in the evening (January 2nd) I must say the women staff and one man (I believe his name was Driss) were the ones doing the work. They constantly circulated the areas and responded to guest requests and needs, the other men just took up space. I had to mention this because it was just so obvious.

The hotel itself is nice and is well furnished with good sized, comfortable rooms. We stayed for one night going down to Bavaria and again on the way home. Check in was easy and the staff were very helpful. The hotel is fresh, modern and ideal for an overnight stop over. There are shops and restaurants a short walk away if needed, as no evening meal/food was available. My room on the way out was comfortable and clean with great in room facilities including a lovely walk in shower and nice comfy beds. Both shower heads were in dire need of descaling and the rainfall shower sprayed every which way but down meaning I couldn’t use it. The air con was an added plus and soon cooled the room down. All 3 rooms I had were the same layout and had the walk in shower with Rituals soaps/shampoo provided. Worryingly, on inspection in the room for my return journey I found a dead adult bed bug on the grey pull out futon chair. I saw this as soon as I lifted the cushion and there was also a dirty tissue inside the cushion case. This suggests cleaning staff had not checked that area very thoroughly as it was easy to spot. The actual bed was clean with no signs of other bugs, but I was not taking the risk and was moved rooms immediately. I always inspect rooms thoroughly in any hotel before bringing my luggage in for this exact reason. The reception were most helpful and moved me to the other side of the hotel straight away, but it did cause me a lot of anxiety and I had a poor nights sleep as a result. No one wants to find that in their room!! The second room provided was clean with no issues identified other than the shower heads needing descaling. The breakfast offered was tasty with a good choice of food items and drinks. Porterage was included in our package but I took my own luggage up and down to the rooms. The rooms had a nice large tv and plenty of channels to choose from. The adjustable floor light was nice to leave on at night for a bit of light in the room. I would recommend the hotel and would be willing to stay there again. Hopefully they will start offering evening meals as this will be a huge plus for weary travellers who don’t want to walk down a main road to get to a restaurant.

We stayed here for 4 nights while visiting Belgium and were very happy with our choice. The service was very friendly and we loved the breakfast each morning, which was included with our room rate and had many warm and cold options. Parking was free for our rental car. The main downside is that there isn't a lot around, so it is much more convenient if you have a car. But with one, we enjoyed the quick access to Waterloo and to downtown Nivelles. We would definitely stay here again.
