Easy to reach property with beautiful location. Loved the spacious rooms and facilities. Gaming zone needs improvement as fusball and table tennis table was in damaged condition. Loved the food and quality of food. Overall very good experience if you are looking to chill.

The resort stay was a good experience. Food was good. Hospitality is good. Ambience is good. Front office response is good. Rooms were spacious , toilets are good. entire property is amazing. Breakfast was awesome. View is good. Cleaning services are good.

Great Hotel , Nice location, Caring staff, Amazing Views, just missing few points on being a true five star. I stayed here for 3 nights during long weekend recently, Kartik was very professional and helpful. Due to recent landslides, occupancy was less but that means you always get more attention. Every support staff was trying their best to make the stay comfortable. My kid got sick and GM immediately arranged for resort transportation to get medicines from outside. Food taste was also nice, breakfast spread was also good. Rooms are quite spacious and with nice valley views. Only thing I felt needs improvement is cleanliness in Kids play area. Otherwise stay was really good overall. Thanks to Anu and her team for all the help.

Great Trails ... a pleasant 3 night stay with family.. spacious rooms, courteous staff,special mention for Mr Subhash and Vishnu.... good food with a breathtaking view from the dining room,.. The place is recommended for anyone looking for a pleasant family vacation.

The highlight of the stay was location and resort staff. Perched at a small hill overlooking the green pastures of wayanad, this resort embraces nature and exemplifies excellence. The staff is courteous, polite and very friendly. Everything was taken care of promptly and interactions with them helped us make our plans with their knowledge of local places. Food was delicious and chef personally came ro visit to make sure we got exactly as per our preferences. The high-tea, many games, inhouse adventure activities (zipline, trampoline etc) kept us entertained. Overall, it was an amazing experience for the whole family and is a must-stay property when you're visiting Wayanad.

We had a great 3 night stay at GReaT Trails Wayanad few days ago. The property is nestled atop a small hillock and our expectations were well surpassed in all aspects. We stayed in one of their Estate Bungalow type rooms and it was very spacious and super clean. The balcony was too good and we spent a lot of time just lazily sitting there and watching the non-stop monsoon rains. The chatter of the birds (an occasional peacock voice too though we did not spot one!) and crickets in the evening was very lively. The rooms were sound proof and we had a good quality of sleep on all nights. The wi-fi in the room was super fast and met our demand with multiple gadgets. The bathrooms need a special mention (again clean and spacious) and especially the semi-open rain shower and high quality toiletries. The key element though was the superb hospitality by all the staff members in the resort. We could sense a certain high degree of passion in all of them and they ensured our stay was without any issues as such. The chefs were top notch and took care of our vegetarian needs and surprised us with a 4 course dinner that was so tasty as well as different (mix of Chinese, traditional Kerala cuisine like vatayappams, pachakari polichathu and eleneer payasam). The Alleppey style Kerala sadya (meal on a plantain leaf) was befitting one afternoon and so was the Thalassery style vegetable biriyani for lunch another day. Special shout-out to the chefs Sharif, Ashwin and their chief Newin. The F&B Manager Subash Kumar was super attentive and so were the other staff members in the restaurant. Sachin Joy (the Operations Manager) and Anu Abraham (the General Manager) took good care of our needs and it was nice talking with them over the evening tea (which was again awesome in taste). We availed the massage(s) in the resort and were happy with the service levels of the team members. So, we thoroughly enjoyed and just did what we traveled for - relax and do nothing !
