Overall enjoyed our stay. The only caveats were dimly lit rooms and the hot tub was not working during our stay.

We only stayed one night and arrived late because of an accident on the interstate. The person at the front desk was friendly and check in was easy. Room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast bar was well stocked and the food was good. We had a positive experience and would stay there again.

Great price, nice staff, comfortable beds, good breakfast, 24 hr indoor pool, and has family suites …
but
kinda noisy, in disrepair (lobby walls and ceiling in bad condition in places, hot tub out of order, lobby water fountains out of order, 2nd floor ice machine out of order), and one of our two rooms wasn’t cleaned very well (found food leftovers in fridge and tennis ball and pop bottle under furniture).

Parking was hard on the hill, but the hotel was clean, staff was friendly, room was excellent, bed was comfortable!! Breakfast was good. We will be staying there from now on, when we travel to see our family in Chesapeake VA.
