Welcoming interiors, impeccably decorated to reflect the period of the house. Large wrap around porch looking out over the forested 2acres surrounding the house. Many common areas to hang out in including a library and den with a TV. Beautiful dining room with China cabinet. Rooms are spread out, luxury linens. Our suite had fireplace, sitting area, wet bar, bath with delightful jacuzzi tub. We ordered a charcuterie board and bottle of wine which was waiting in our room. Butlers pantry is stocked for guests with snacks, waters, coffee/tea, sodas. Breakfast was amazing, hot and fresh, beautiful presentation, and delicious. Can’t wait to return when we travel that way.

The entire stay was wonderful. The Inn Keepers were very friendly and always ready to help. The room was lovely and comfortable. Very clean. Breakfast was delicious. But the brst part of staying at the Inn are the views. Unbelievable!!

Our stay was excellent. Plenty of room and bathroom actually had enough room for all our toiletries on a table next to the sink which is unusual. Breakfast was home made and very good. They gave us a list of the hiking trails on the Blue Ridge Parkway and rated each as to difficulty. They even had two pillows on each side of the bed (one firm and one soft). Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Great visit.

We had a delightful stay at The Yellow House. Our room was spotlessly clean, cheerful and spacious. We loved having the bar sink and refrigerator in our room. The king bed was very comfortable. Our hosts were very generous with snacks and beverages and the fresh baked item every afternoon was a real treat! Breakfasts were delicious and overall hospitality was great. Sitting on the porch in the late afternoon with a glass of wine. listening to the gentle rain, and chatting with other guests was so relaxing!

This house is beautiful, peaceful and the staff raises the quality with an attentive kindness. The breakfasts are made with great care and delicious. The touches of having spaces for couple, groups or single to find a peaceful corner. A heart felt Thank you to Chad for the loving reception/advice on dinners, activities and care throughout my stay.

The Yellow House is a wonderful B and B for a relaxing weekend. The owner is very conscientious and his breakfasts reflect that. There was always hot coffee available in the mornings and snacks, including home made cookies, during the day. The house is very clean and well kept. Our bed was a little small and therefore, I found it hard to sleep well. The next time we stay here I would request a room with a larger bed. I would definitely return for a weekend here.

The Yellow House is an exquisite choice of bed and breakfast in the Waynesville area. The host warmly welcomed us and treated us to delicious cookies. Our room was tastefully appointed and very comfortable. We especially enjoyed our delectable breakfast on the veranda with a beautiful view of the mountains. We highly recommend The Yellow House as a relaxing, enjoyable place to stay in Waynesville.

A stellar destination! Gorgeous location and beautifully appointed accommodations - no detail was overlooked throughout the home. Spacious rooms, luxurious linens and top-notch housekeeping. Chad and Josh were genuinely welcoming and helpful with any requests/questions. Breakfasts were scrumptious, as were all the special snacks. Everything was very well done. We have visited many B&Bs, but The Yellow House was the very best of all!

We stayed at the Yellow House for 3 nights while in the area looking at real-estate. We met Chad at check-in and were totally impressed with his warm welcome. Chad gave us a rundown of the property and was just so genuinely welcoming. The room was awesome...totally exceeded our expectations! I am also a hotelier, and as such, I can attest to the staff's attention to detail. The breakfast is top notch, it changes a bit each day. Chad's partner is a baker by trade and that really comes out at breakfast. Just book this option. You can't go wrong...If I could give it a 10 I would. We bought the house and are coming back this week for closing. If you are looking for the best place to stay... look no further... just book it!
