Super 8 by Wyndham Webster/Rochester

They have no cart and suite has moth ridden curtains and my husband was woken up twice Saturday night after a long day of a funeral and one lady woke him banging on our door. I itching from something right now and I am afraid it might be bugs or something I can not see. I have never felt anything like this before from other Super 8's I have been at. I wouldn't recommend even as place to lay down for a few hours. It was exhausting enough dealing with the viewing and funeral we drove 7 hours to and from. I am frustrated because my husband is so exhausted from not getting enough sleep and I was scared of letting him completely home tonight but he absolutely had to be at work tomorrow.

Had two rooms. One had paint peeling on the walls, no towel bar, no mini-fridge, no tissue dispenser and an unpleasant odor. The other room had no safety bar in tub, no stopper for sink, the room door did not seal properly, the freezer in mini-fridge was almost completely frozen over, only one wastebasket.

Wyndham should be ashamed that this property is under their umbrella. 2 calls to make sure 1st floor. Not. Found 1 no frig. Get me a frig. Fire exit doors chocked open many x, and derelicts loitering in parking lot. Were they coming in. Desk had no idea what was going on.. replace towels if ask and you put used in hall. Ask for soap and toilet paper. . Fire alarm went off 3x last night. Went to desk after 3rd. Unsafe all around. No smoke detectors in rooms. Breakfast reduced to muffins and juice, w coffee any time. Most basic of basic. #o not stay here!

This was the Nastiest hotel I ever stayed at. Very dirty. Carpets are stained, cigarette burns in blankets. Air conditioner broke and full of dust. I would not stay here if I were you. lobby is gross and very dirty. Staff was extremely rude when I voiced my concerns

Just make sure to clean after your self Because you're a gown adult even if they clean the Hotel . I hope my be one day they will have a hot tub in the room I will pay extra for that yes need it. Need lubricant

There was black mold in the bathroom and I got extremely sick, staff was extremely rude told me I made the hotel smell like dog, the toilet was clogged and bout to overflow right when I got into my room

The other places we tried to get a room in were booked. I said "It's owned by Wyndham, it can't be bad". Wrong, it's awful. Cigarette butts and trash overflowing outside the doorways. The smokers sit on the chairs from the breakfast area around the front entrance. The carpeting is grossly stained, paint chipped, breakfast was bitter lukewarm coffee and cheapo sticky buns in cellophane. There was no stopper in our sink and no control panel on the a/c unit- you have to guess. The clientele looked like welfare recipients, and there were people sleeping in vehicles in the parking lot. On the positive, we did check for bedbugs and didn't see any, but that's not a reason to stay.

The guy at the front desk was disinterested but changed rooms when I complained of the filth, Only to be given a room in worse condition. I was ready to spend the night sleeping in the car rather than the hotel but was able to find another hotel a couple miles away. My wife said she couldn’t be paid enough to stay there. Frankly we’re not all that picky but this was the worst. It sounds like our experience was not uncommon.

Stayed for Labor Day weekend here. Room was spacious, staff friendly and enjoyed the hot coffee and delicious muffins in the morning for breakfast. Would definitely stay here again. Bed was comfortable and hotel is in good location close to beaches.
