Et dejligt hotel og med charme og sjæl. Personalet er yderst venlig og smilende. Morgenmaden var udsøgt en fornøjelse. Værelserne var små og sengen var for blød efter min smag. Faktisk vil jeg mene at sengen var slidt. Samt er sengen kort. Jeg måler 1.89 og mine fødder stak ud over kanten. Bortset fra det er det et fint hotel

Nice and renovated hotel in the town of Wedel.
Restaurants and shops are within walking distance.
So it's the train station that takes you to Hamburg within 30 minutes.
Staff were efficient and friendly.

Das Ambiente ist schön gewählt und macht einen freundlichen Eindruck. Leider fehlt aber irgendwie das Herz im Hotel. Bei ungeplanten Ereignisse reagiert das Personal angespannt und überfordert. Leider ging auf meinem Zimmer der Abfluss der Dusche nicht wirklich. Die Lüftung im Bad war ebenso nicht funktionstüchtig. Die Türen waren eher schlecht als recht eingebaut. Die Zimmerausstattung ist sehr unterschiedlich in Größe und Ablagefläche. Die Heizkörper in den Zimmern machen nicht wirklich warm. Plus ist die Lage und Sky-TV.

Such a cozy hotel in the heart of Wedel, 5 minute walk to the S-Bahn, very easy with a big suitcase. The included breakfast was superb. And the staff were so friendly and helpful.

Zum zweiten Mal hier, leider gibt sehr große Unterschiede bei den Zimmern. Das Zimmer 54 geht aus meiner Sicht nicht, weil - ein Schreibtisch an dem man nicht sitzen kann - ein Bett, so eingeengt, dass man kaum reinkommt - ein Nachttisch neben dem Bett, bei dem die Kante des Tisches sich auf Augenhöhe befindet Kurz zusammengefasst, eine Raumaufteilung, die ich sehr ungeschickt finde und so noch nie gesehen habe.

Fantastisch hotel. Heel sfeervol. Aardige mensen en super service. De kamers waren zeer comfortabel en het uitzicht op het markt-en binnenplein oogt zeer authentiek. Ligging is supermooi. Het restaurant van het hotel heeft ook heerlijk eten, waarvan de prijs-kwaliteitsverhouding prima is.

Wir suchten ein Hotel in der Nähe von Hamburg und wurden in Wedel fündig. Es hat uns und unseren vier Kindern sehr gut gefallen. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit. Einzig die Aufbackbrötchen?? beim Frühstück waren etwas enttäuschend. Die Hotelangestellten waren freundlich, es wurden auch Spezialwünsche erfüllt (Milch am Abend für unsere eineinhalb Jährige. Wir könnten uns gut vorstellen bei unserem nächsten Hamburg Aufenthalt wieder hier zu übernachten.
