Nice hotel and good breakfast. However parking 20chf/night is pricey. 8 chf / ppl (city tax with resort fee) free bikes and scooters for rent. Overall good for holiday stay.

A very nice hotel however the location is not easily accessible without car, the hotel has no facilities to play n my room is opposite a hospital. The boat ride needs to pay on your own account. The room is ok n clean. The breakfast is good

It's actually a bit far from Lucerne. I drove 40 minutes from Bucherer in the city center. There is a beautiful driver's dock. This hotel is actually a supporting hotel of a Swiss high-end medical institution next to it, so it is very cost-effective, but the facilities are relatively few.

We had the most amazing time during our 3-night stay at this lovely place! The staff, especially Nikola, went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. Our junior suite had everything we needed and more. The restaurant served delicious breakfast and dinner options. The view from our balcony was absolutely breathtaking. The peaceful and quiet surroundings, away from any roads, made our stay even more relaxing. We are already thinking about coming back for another visit. The staff truly made this place special.
