綜合評價：垃圾，還不如乾淨一點的青年旅舍。
設施：淋浴扳手？熱水也不是24小時的，而是進門要先開熱水器，水預熱就需要半個多點，水也不是很熱，淋浴頭還湊合。空調這麼臟，這線路就這樣走的？製冷效果不清楚，前台大媽藉口説我感冒不好就不要用空調了。我可以不用但是你不能不讓，明白？我定的大床房你給我説沒了衹有雙床房，關鍵是大床房有窗，雙床房無窗。進房就一股悶臭味，感冒了已經很難受了想開空調的通風模式但想到還要扯皮還有一百按金在前台大媽那就心累。
衞生：廁所牆壁死角都黑成什麼樣了？洗手池下面就是毛巾，怎麼想到這樣放的？拖鞋進來就這樣放的，打掃衞生的時候得是多沒耐心啊。洗手枱麪死角也是臟的有色差了。地板圖片看不太清，可以看床之間的地板，全是煙頭燒的黑點，手機在黃燈下拍不太清被子和床單枕頭的色差，被子實際上黃的跟染過的一樣，我睡覺穿着長褲短袖枕着衣服睡第二天起來腳上手臂還是癢。
環境：周圍環境一般，不過有大路可以很快趕緊溜。
服務：我辦理入住就問有沒有感冒葯給我來點，前台
大媽先説的沒有。行，沒有也行，低燒不是非要吃。後面説有，但是怕我吃了會過敏什麼的不敢給，行，我理解。但是前台大媽一個勁的客氣假熱情和我聊騎行的事來套近乎，然後一直説記得好評是多麼***啊？熱水問怎麼打開也不説清楚是哪個按鍵，還是我自己摸索出來的。提供的水要收費，外面這個水價格能到五塊？這上面你都要賺一點？？？
題外話：我是重裝長途騎行的，一般衹露營，但因為突然感冒不想洗冷水澡，所以臨時訂了最近的看上去還行的旅館。我騎了一天身心俱疲還感冒低燒頭暈，但是這裏的種種都刺激着我堅持住一定要拍照給差評，拍完照片洗完澡我倒頭就睡著了。但也沒睡好，半夜熱醒，凌晨悶醒再睡不着了。前台大媽還驚訝我起這麼早呢，我心想你自己不清楚嘛，真無語。這兩張畫一模一樣，真的沒東西擺了唄（樂）。
結語：我收拾固定裝備準備騎車的時候前台大媽一直跟我套近乎，但最後總忘不了叮囑幾句“記得好評啊！”。好評，衹屬於那些服務好的，而不屬於這樣的垃圾服務。濰坊還是不錯的，但這樣的店家真的沒人管嘛？
