I was a student at that time and had no chance to stay, but I have always heard about Yuanfei. I finally experienced it this time. The score for yesterday's order is too high. First, I booked the same room in two separate orders, but paid for two nights on the day of check-in. As a result, when I returned to the room on the first night, the room card could not be swiped, so I went to the front desk to make a card. Can't you make a card for two days at once? Even if you can't, you should call me to inform me. It's really a bad experience to toss up and down the stairs. Secondly, after returning to the room, I said let's take a bath, but the water I put in was so dirty that I was stunned (as shown in the picture). It felt like it had been used. There were also unknown black objects in the water. It was disgusting🤮 Well, since I can't take a bath, I'll take a shower. The water was hot and cold. I felt like I had developed martial arts skills in taking a shower... I opened the door halfway and the waterproof tape fell off... Other minor issues: the scale was broken; the TV remote control battery was dead; the air conditioner didn't work well and the cooling effect was poor; the toiletries were not replenished on the second day of check-in, so I found out that there was no toothpaste when I brushed my teeth the next day... In short, the score I gave yesterday was too high. I only mentioned the advantages. I hope that what I said today will be improved.

We checked in on the day of the opening ceremony of the Kite Festival. We thought that the waiting time would increase due to the large number of guests, but the front desk was well organized and the check-in experience was smooth. The room hygiene and housekeeping staff made the check-in experience even better! I will choose Yuanfei again when I come to Weifang.
