I've stayed here before, but I didn't expect that there would be hot mineral water at the front desk this time. It happened to be a bit cold outside because of the wind today, so the front desk gave me a bottle of hot water, which made me feel warm inside. It's a very warm hotel. After checking in, the hygiene was as clean and tidy as before, from check-in to room service, it was a complete thumbs up.

1. It was the first time I came to Weifang, an unfamiliar city, to participate in the kite festival. I didn’t know the location of the hotel. Li Changfeng at the front desk took the initiative to add my WeChat, sent me the location of the hotel, and told me where to go and how to go. The service is very warm and thoughtful. 2. I like the decoration style of the hotel very much. It is retro and elegant everywhere, and the room is also very clean and tidy. 3. There are also hand cream, wet wipes, disinfectant swabs, etc. at the front desk, which can be taken away for free if needed. Check-in was very fast, and the directions and introductions were very detailed. 4. The hotel is very close to Weifang North Railway Station, so it is easy to take a taxi. Nice stay experience, I will choose this hotel again next time I come to Weifang

The room facilities are relatively good. After all, it is a newly opened hotel and the decoration is not too bad. However, the supporting facilities do not match the hotel's positioning level. The following points make the experience very poor: 1. The TV in the room cannot cast the screen. The TV has a screen casting interface but it cannot cast. I asked the staff to check it for a long time and then told you that the Apple phone cannot realize the screen casting function. 2. If it is said that the whole house is smart, does it count as a night light? Even the electric curtains are controlled by switches. The toilet is also the most ordinary toilet. It doesn’t even have a smart toilet seat. 3. This second-tier hotel in this price range does not have a gym. 4. Afternoon tea was said to be free, but I took the coupon to Mocha Bar and found out that the so-called afternoon tea only has one cup of coffee, and the staff said there is no milk, only American and Italian. 5. The shower head in the shower room is good and easy to use, but the water temperature is sometimes cold and sometimes hot, which makes the experience very poor. All in all, this is a hotel with the same price that I won’t let me go back to for a second time.

Weifang Five Star Hotel has a good environment inside and outside, and considerate service. I originally planned to stay for two nights, but I stayed longer. The extension of stay itself is a recognition of the hotel. The hotel lobby is decorated with display cabinets with Weifang's local cultural characteristics, introducing Weifang's history, arts and crafts, and industrial and technological development achievements, which is very distinctive.

The landlord is very welcoming and the house is spacious enough, but the furniture is a bit old. It is also convenient to go out to eat, and it takes up to 10 minutes to walk from Gu Demao.
