外賣員可以直接送餐到房間。給前台打電話提需求，會讓客人自己與客房或者其他部聯繫。早餐9點30結束，到點立刻開始收拾，早餐看似豐富，品質卻比較差。
總體評價，酒店管理與服務與五星級差距甚遠，但房間較新，全屋智能。不建議作為商旅酒店被選擇。
威海的酒店檔次好像確實挺差的……來前請有心理準備
