The room was very clean and the stay was very comfortable. There was a lot to do and eat around. The breakfast was very rich, including my favorite egg tarts and princess buns. They were great and worth recommending.

我們訂的雙床房，看到帶兩個孩子，免費給升級了親子套房。房間非常大，特別乾淨，早餐豐富，服務很熱情，不時詢問需求，有求必應。咖啡尤其好喝，最後不夠喝，還多給好幾條。離店的時候還送了水果和飲料，簡直是我走南闖北住過最滿意的酒店了

房間設施齊全住着非常舒服而且特別乾淨老闆也很貼心每天都給準備水果🍉和小朋友的小零食感覺像回到家一樣酒店的餐廳也很好菜品全味道好服務更是好在房間點好一會兒就給送到位酒店的游泳池也非常不錯是小朋友玩耍的好去處臨走退房時酒店又給送上新鮮的水果和飲料真的好暖心哦下次再來威海一定還會預訂這裏居住的👍👍👍

帶孩子自駕威海，臨時決定在文登歇腳，入住當天，關亞欽經理提前聯繫，幫忙安排了房間，房間升級了套房，孩子非常開心，房間很乾凈。提前錄了車牌，方便停車。服務更不用説了，剛到房間，小姐姐就送了水果盤和一個寶葫蘆，給孩子開好電視，早餐有小姐姐幫忙拿餐品，太熱情了。酒店的小細節也是做的特別好。走的時候還送了小禮袋（心意最重要）文登人民的熱情超出想象[憨笑]路上打聽問路，老師傅很熱情，水果店老闆説我們路上吃水果，貼心的多給了我兩個袋子當垃圾袋……

房間很滿意，本來訂的小豬佩奇親子房，經理看我們帶孩子東西多幫我們升級了套房。一進房又馬上送來新鮮水果緩解了旅途的疲憊。早餐非常豐富，服務非常熱情❤ 廚師長現場新鮮製作的米線美味極了，紅豆包香甜服務非常好留下了深刻的印象感謝🌹

記住這個酒店！！！太舒服了，去威海玩一趟下來.沒想到最滿意的是酒店，真的好讓人驚喜！從大廳到房間，環境都沒有什麼可挑剔的，視野非常開闊地理位置也不錯，打開門的第一眼就愛上了！！！有很大的浴缸，衞生間和淋浴間也是分開的！還有女孩子最愛的化粧鏡，簡直不要太貼心了吧！！！簡直太安逸了。酒店前台熱情，還給升級了套房，還有房間管家的熱情服務。還有健身房和泳池～我衹能説：為什麼沒有早點發現這家酒店！關鍵是價格還不貴。

這是一家能達到米其林服務的酒店，入住的非常舒適，由於我們一家四口出行訂的是標間房，到店比較晚，前台還主動聯繫我們，結果一到前台已經幫我們免費升級了家庭套房，房間早早的準備好水果和小點心，客服經理非常熱情的把我們臟衣服送去洗清，早餐雖然自助但前台經理幫我們點的餐一一送到我們桌前，退房後前台還幫我們準備了水果。朋友們來威海玩非常推薦你們預訂，可以來體檢一下酒店的待客服務。
