I checked into the Weihaiwei Building A Hotel yesterday. We were received by Zhang Wanyun and Ms. Du Lin. They provided warm and thoughtful service. The buffet breakfast on the first floor was especially delicious. There were Beijing-style wontons, fluffy pancakes with authentic soy milk, which suited my taste. There were also Western bread, coffee, and Korean spicy dishes that suited the eating habits of people from the north and south. I don't know how to order medicine online with my phone, so the waiter helped me order it. The medicine was delivered in less than half an hour. We are very grateful to the chef. Then, in terms of room service, there are two aspects. 1/Room service. What was surprising was that there was a butler service. In addition to the basic 2 bottles of free drinking water every day, they also gave us fruit or milk or yogurt. One of the nights we stayed was the Mid-Autumn Festival, and they also gave us 2 moon cakes. We were worried about not having moon cakes at the time, so we thought it was just in time. In addition, there was a handwritten letter with these foods for the first two nights. But on the last night, although there was food, there was no handwritten letter. Even though we knew that these were all prepared in advance, it was inevitable that there would be a psychological gap. But in general, the gift was there. 2/In terms of hygiene, we all suspected that the staff responsible for hygiene on the first two days and the last day were not the same. The hygiene on the first two days was very satisfactory, every corner was cleaned very cleanly, and there was a night bed operation. But the last day was very sloppy, and the hygiene was obviously not cleaned: the bathroom floor towel full of hair was not replaced and just left, the drain in the bathroom was blocked by hair from the previous night's shower and was not cleaned, and there was obvious garbage on the sink that was not cleared away (although the used towels were taken away, right? It seems...), is this because it was the last night so it doesn't matter? Also, the coffee cups used in the mini bar in the morning were not cleaned, and the pillows were only cleaned at the level of an economy hotel. The difference between the first two nights and the last night is really obvious. By the way, we went out late during the day on the last night and met the staff in charge of sanitation. She asked us if we could clean the room. We said maybe in the afternoon, and then she was not very happy. This was similar to the feeling of the front desk sister who checked out today. She felt impatient. Maybe it was because there was a lot of work? We slowed down their work efficiency, or it could be the true feelings caused by the sharp increase in passenger flow and workload during the National Day holiday? Finally, let's talk about check-in and check-out. We saw on Ctrip that the room was only reserved until 18:00, so I called the customer service one morning in advance to communicate whether it could be reserved for a longer time. We might arrive late. The customer service responded that it was no problem. It still feels pretty good here. When I checked in, I didn't know if the front desk was new. First of all, I was told that I had breakfast even though I didn't have breakfast included. When I checked in, I was told how to pay without explaining anything. At that time, I was too tired and didn't think too much about it. I thought it was a full payment for the room, and I didn't pay attention to whether it was a prepayment. Of course, the front desk didn't explain anything about the payment information. Later, when I recalled it, my friend and I didn't hear this information. It was embarrassing when I checked out. The front desk said that they charged me the room fee at the normal price, but it was not enough to deduct according to the Ctrip order. I don't worry about the payment problem, but the front desk's words really make people easily angry. They kept emphasizing that they didn't want to charge more. Look at your prepayment and the actual order amount. It must not be enough before, and you have to make up for it. I just want to ask, should your hotel have the responsibility to explain the rules of paying at the store, including how much deposit, how much needs to be paid later, and the rules of check-out, when you check in, please improve this professionalism, not saying that the money is not enough to continue to pay for me. We didn't even hear the word "deposit" when we checked in, and really thought it was the room fee. Then they kept asking us to look at our payment receipts, which seemed like they were pushing the responsibility on us. The service level and rhetoric also needed to be improved. In addition, the sea-facing rooms in the hotel were forced to wake up because of the noise of the construction site outside at 6 a.m., so our countermeasures these days were to "go to bed early and get up early." So if you want to sleep more quietly, don't go to this room for a while. If you want a room with a sea view and quiet, then it is recommended to choose another hotel or B&B. In summary, there is no big problem with the hardware, the service is good and bad, which is remarkable, and the geographical environment is excellent. Just remind them that there will be flaws in their ability to explain the problem at the front desk. If you pay at the store and care about the money, you should ask them clearly how they collect the money, because they will not take the initiative to explain it clearly, so as not to leave unhappily like us for no reason.
