The hotel has complete facilities, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the stay is very comfortable. The front desk staff are very good, proactive and enthusiastic. The breakfast is good, there are many varieties, and the price is not too expensive in the urban area. The accommodation environment and sanitation are much better than other hotels at the same price. The service attitude is standard and it is recommended. Although the decoration takes a long time, there is no peculiar smell and the price is very high. The rooms in the 4 star hotel are very clean. 👍 The service is also very good. Will choose here next time.

Great beauty! The hotel that loves is really a big competition.
Hotel facilities and equipment are very good, the key is that the service is very good and meticulous, the details can be seen from the thickness of the slippers. It is very close to the high-speed port and it is very convenient to go up and down the high-speed.

The room is quite satisfactory, there is no big problem, that is, when I check in the room, it is a bit unpleasant, saying that the room set on Trip.com is the cheapest and most cornered room. The review has to write this, and it is said to give an upgrade, haha, or the next door to the room at the end of the aisle, it doesn't matter. Can't be difficult for the front desk. Management is not in place. I have lived in four different room types in this hotel so far, and all of them are very comfortable

The room floor is higher and quiet, the landlord is very warm, all kinds of flowers and plants, and there is vitality. The bed is also very warm and comfortable to sleep. Big TV is good, the view outside the window is good, but the curtains are not very good, for people who sleep afraid of light may not be very friendly, the water temperature can be set low, to avoid scalds, overall very good.

GGuest UserThe whole town is covered in ”floral hotels” so be careful to go to the right one. The place is seemingly only half finished and the pool/rooftop we came for was of course not in use and more like a construction site. AC was very weak and I found it too hot to sleep at night. Walls around the toilet and shower are clear glass, so the room offers zero privacy. (I'm really wondering who enjoys watching their partner take a **** - I don't get the designs of these rooms at all.) However, I will say the staff was absolutely lovely. Everyone who worked there was so nice and helpful and they will arrange pick up and drop off for you to/from the train station and the scenic area. We had dinner and breakfast there and really enjoyed the food! They also provided wine glasses and a bottle opener for us for the alcohol we brought ourselves. The location is convenient and the view from the roof (wish they had seating!) is fantastic and a nice preview before going up the mountain. For the price, I really can't complain too much of course - just be aware of these things when you book. We really appreciated the car service and food, so for these two factors alone, we would recommend it!

The host is very friendly and helpful, he even did the pick up and drop off for us to and fro at the scenic area and train station. All our welfare are being taken care when we were staying at hotel. I would recommend strongly this hotel to my friends when they travel to Hua Shan.

GGuest UserVery satisfying hotel! It is right at the foot of Huashan Mountain, with convenient transportation. There are many restaurants and supermarkets around, which is very convenient. The front desk is enthusiastic and professional, the room is clean and fully equipped, and hiking gloves, maps and earplugs are thoughtfully prepared. Free pick-up and drop-off service from the train station was provided. Since we decided to take the ropeway up the mountain temporarily, the young man enthusiastically sent us to the visitor center. He put our luggage in the car in advance and went down the mountain directly to the train station, which effectively saved time. The mattress is really comfortable. I will definitely choose to stay here next time.

GGuest UserThe hotel is newly opened this year, the room facilities are very new, especially clean, the high-speed rail station free of charge at any time to pick up and drop off the in-house guests, the high-speed rail station to the hotel about 10 minutes drive, the master enthusiastically took the initiative to help with the luggage, a little embarrassed. Climbing Huashan is also free of charge, 1 to 2 minutes away from the visitor center, the hotel also sends gloves and maps intimately, to book Huashan tickets, very intimate, the hotel has dining, tastes good, the hotel center has a fountain, leisure area, you can drink tea to eat, the hotel also has a gym, tea room, clothes room, Very comprehensive. Behind the hotel is Huashan. If you live in a mountain view room, you will enjoy the scenery of Huashan when you lie down. Very satisfied, recommended to friends that day.

We visited Huayin to hike Huashan, and apart from taking a taxi to the guesthouse, all transport was provided by the boss - he drove us to the visitors centre for starting the hike, even coming to pick us when the ticket booth wasn’t open (Chinese public holiday) and drove us to the main visitor centre, and then he drove us to the train station on our last day. The lady boss helped to buy cableway tickets ahead of our hike so we wouldn’t have to queue. We also ate all meals here, as the food is great!
The guesthouse is located in a small village at the foot of the mountain, a short walk from a small ticket booth for park tickets (only locals can buy Huashan tickets on WeChat, foreigners need to buy them in person). This ticket counter is closed on public holidays (no signs or announcements, we just bumped into some park staff who told us), so you will need to go to the main visitors centre (about 3 mins drive). You should download WeChat to communicate with the guesthouse - we messaged them and they helped to figure out what was going on, and sent a car to come get us. After descending from the mountain you may message them for pick up, but we chose to walk back to the guesthouse from the visitors centre (~10mins). It is really remote, there’s nothing much to do in the area apart from admire the views, but this is also precisely why this place is so lovely!

The shop is decorated very distinctively, with billiards, game consoles, werewolf*, KTV, etc., and the proprietress said that there will be a swimming pool afterwards. . . There are Xiaodu smart speakers in the room, which can control curtains and air conditioners by voice, which is very convenient! The room is clean and quiet

NNathan.KGreat location and friendly staff. Booking through trip.com made it a simple process. The “room with a view” turned out to be a view of the people queuing up for a group tour all throughout the day just outside... Gotta use the curtains for privacy, and for keeping the heat in.
Breakfast is very subpar, however. The only decent restaurant available during my stay (Chinese New Year) was the KFC.

CCameo19A ginormous hotel with spectacular Mountain View’s, but not so many guests so felt like a ghost town. The location is excellent, a few minutes walk from the Huashan scenic area booking office, and a handful of restaurants, couple of coffee shops and massage salon. The main reason for this location is hiking and enjoying the amazing hot springs. There isn’t anything else nearby for those who are not interested in those two activities! Lots of hot spring pools, and a large swimming pool, which you access via the shuttle car, this runs every couple of minutes so super convenient. Room is very large, so is bathroom. Breakfast is sufficient, restaurant for dinner closes at 21:00 and didn’t try. Overall a lovely hotel stay.

AAGood place. Staff was nice, food was good although expensive (very nice 牛肉面) and the location was perfect with a fantastic view. The room was basic but comfortable. You can get hot water from the reception and there's both a little restaurant and an outdoor food stall. Easy to find, I recommend taking the West Peak/西峰 cablecar on the way up.
Quiet surroundings and there's a heater to keep the room warm at night. Beds were clean, no problem with lack of cleaning.
The toilets smelled and there were no showers, but this was advertised in the general information already. Toilets are the same public toilets found everywhere on Hua Shan, they're not great but not terrible either.
The price is not cheap, but you pay for staying on top of the mountain far from everything, and the location is perfect for the sunrise.
I expected worse from the previous reviews, but this was more than fine.
I didn't eat the breakfast since there was a power outage (also happened at West Peak later that day, the price for being on a high mountain top I guess). The staff apologised and asked me to wait until the power came back, but I was eager to start hiking so just decided to skip it. You could still get food from the outside stall if needed.
