實際就是小區內的合租房，看到的首圖都是公共客廳區域，外面看出去就是臟亂差的環境，實際離湖邊還是海邊超遠，房間沒有空調也沒有風扇，插座少的可憐，wifi信號不好，出了能拍幾張高處的風景沒其他優點，總之性價比低

小區環境很差，電梯破敗，室內設施很一般，裝修磁粉已經出現脱落，總體入住體驗和一般商務酒店無差別，根本不具備性價比。

春節沒能出省就帶着家人一起來草海看黑頸鶴，民宿位於高原明珠小區內，紅色的兩棟樓非常顯眼，本來我們都以為是直接建在海邊的😂小區環境不太好，不過可以忽略～三種房型我們都定了，衹接待了我們一家人，老闆是把兩套房打通了，總面積約270平米左右，民宿內也乾淨整潔，但是房間內沒有電視和投影，全屋地暖，衞浴是科勒的。不過最吸引人的還是客廳的兩面大落地窗，老闆説幾經坎坷半年才把他倆裝好😂可以躺在沙發上看到整個草海的日出日落，我們來的當天霧比較大，第二天太陽出來之後就覺得這一趟來得值了，拍照超級出片，可以説是草海的最佳觀景台。老闆是本地人，但長期工作在外地，現在偶爾也會回來。他人非常好，也非常健談，告訴我們他是因為情懷而把自己的住房改建成這個威寧首家高端民宿，第二天一早還載着我們去了本地人才知道的海邊路線看黑頸鶴，一路不厭其煩的給我們介紹草海和威寧的地方情況。總的來説，這裏適合放空、觀景，和家人、朋友或者情侶來都可以，推薦哦。

民宿在小區裏面，小區略有點舊舊的，房主很好，也很熱情還下來接我們，幫我們拿行李，房間很大，景觀一級棒，可以看到草海全貌，衹是可惜沒看到日落了。小區旁邊的公路可以直通草海步行公路，非常方便，裏面還有一個小的咖啡店，可以坐一坐。民宿床睡起來很舒服，房間有電視就更好了，有時候還是需要電視打發一點時間，房間全封閉還是需要一個空調的。
