After arriving at the East District, the cheapest room type was no longer available, so we upgraded to a superior king-size bed room. The lady at the front desk said that there were no more rooms of the same type, so we upgraded them. The new room is actually quite large and nice, and the bedding is down and comfortable, but your operation has completely killed our interest in coming out to play. I don’t know if you are particularly unhappy with the sale of special rooms. If you are not willing, then don’t do special offers. If you can’t afford the event, don’t do it!
