Been coming here every year for ten years.such a shame to see how it's changed.breakfast was terrible and room was OK.staff on main desk amazing.rest ok.parking terrible and over all will not be returning such a shame

It's all a bit random really. Awkward to find (signage from the road is terrible). Staff are friendly but limited in what they can do, rooms vary from the fabulous to the downright tatty.
Very popular with coach parties, so breakfast can be heaving (no seats, plates or knives when I tried on this stay).
Good if you can get the right price for the room, but not the best example of the Mercure brand by some distance

I had an absolutely delightful stay here. The rooms were spotless, provided in the rooms were coffee machines, bath robes, room slippers, hair dryers. There were basic toiletries and you could ask for vanity kits or shaving kits as well.
The in room dining menu is priced very well but it is not all day, so do check with the reception.
There is so much to do around the property and there’s ample parking available as well.
The indoor pool is heated and can be used till 8PM. Breakfast is from 7-10AM and is a lovely spread.

Stunning location with amazing countryside wrapped around it. Very enjoyable for afternoon and evening walks in the grounds.

The bed is comfy, shower is really good and the surrounding area is really quiet and peaceful.
No stress with parking space, great breakfast and dinner, friendly staffs..basically nothing to complain other than
The hotel is a bit isolated from but for relaxing is really nice.
