Overpriced. One night was over £100 and no drawers in the room at all. No room service the next day. Bed not made. Very basic tea and coffee in room. Vending machine for drinks snacks or water not working - staff advised not to use because it jammed. Breakfast - £11 !!! For that price I certainly don’t expect cold baked beans and wrinkled, dry, old mushrooms partially cooked. Dried out bacon. However the eggs and sausage were fine. The reception staff and waiting staff were lovely. No blame lies at their feet. I would never eat here again and would think twice before staying - it would need to be the last option.

This is my third visit here recently and every time there has been no heating in the room. I no longer have the meal deal (evening meal and breakfast) as the food in the evening is inedible and very basic since ceasing the Beefeater restaurant. I opted to eat out in a restaurant in Rushden lakes.

Used many different Premier Inns before and never had an issue so was disappointed that one of the twin beds was soaking wet at this one. Thankfully this was spotted early on check in and not when going to bed. We eventually got swapped to another room but no idea how house keeping missed that. They also failed to empty the bin. Breakfast also didn't have vegetarian Sausages or Mushrooms. Surely knowing how many guests are staying it's possible to have sufficient supply? Never thought I'd have to check if the bed was wet so will always do that from now on at check in.

This review is of the restaurant and not the hotel. Not quite sure where to start. Arrived early evening, the restaurant was quiet and not many members of staff. I waited to be seated and waited for almost 5 minutes at the desk, at no time did the member of staff acknowledge me. Ordered my food and the starter arrived within 5 minutes, deep fried to almost burnt and missing the sauce. While I was eating my starter the main course arrived!! The staff did say they would keep it warm until I was ready but I declined, the food was bad enough without it being dried out as well. No idea why a main would be served before the starter has been finished? The drink I had ordered did not arrive and I had to chase it. During my time in the restaurant which was limited as I wanted to get out as soon as I could, each time food was ready the "Chef" shouted out "service", maybe more suited to a fast food joint. Perhaps a small bell would be better. All in all a terrible experience and not one I would want to repeat by visiting this so called restaurant ever again.

Premier inn was fine. But the restaurant wow!! Ordered food for 4 adults 2 little ones at 8.45pm (3 orders being margherita pizzas) 15 mins later staff come over & said they couldn’t do pizzas so I asked for a full refund, different lady came out & said we will do the pizzas the chef will manage 😩 came out with no tomato base, awful & waited 1hr 15 mins for our food!! Went for breakfast at 8am, was told it’ll be about 20/25 min wait, ordered, still waiting over an hour later & was told chef is trying to do it as soon as possible, gave up & left with out breakfast. Service was terrible! Will not stay there again.!!

The hotel itself was exactly what you would expect from a premier inn, clean and comfortable and good value for money. But the pub attached to it was a bit of a joke. One and half hour wait for a table when we arrived friday evening, and 30 min wait to be seated for breakfast. It's a buffet and there were free tables, don't understand why we had to wait! Luckily quite a few food places and a lidl within walking distance, so we didn't starve.

What a lovely stay! We came up to see family and stayed here, we went to the restaurant for breakfast and I explained to Lucy my situation and honestly she couldn’t of been more accommodating, she went out of her way to help and is an absolute credit to this restaurant. Thankyou so much Lucy!

Booked with a meal. Absolutely awful. Firstly they have a limited menu which is basically several versions of the same curry and a microwave ham pie. Secondly despite being nearly empty (I realise why now ) it took 30 mins to serve up a watery curry, rice and a small popadom. Thirdly after finishing that I sat there for a further 30 mins waiting for cheese cake which never turned up, finally gave up and left, told the three bar staff who had basically been stood there doing nothing since I entered not to bother I was fed up waiting, and they really couldn’t of cared less, probably meant one of them didn’t have cross the road to Tesco to buy one anymore If you do have to unfortunately stay here, Pizza Hut and McDonald’s are opposite, eat there! PREMIER INN, YOU NEED TO DO BETTER!!!

The room was clean and tidy, tea/cofee making facilities were available in the room. The bed was comfortable and the staff were all wonderful and polite. The food at the adjoining pub was fresh, breakfast was plentiful and lots of choice available. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
