Beautiful! Great view, peaceful, close to everything, reasonable price, comfy bed, great water pressure, fluffy white towels, breakfast at extra cost, pool, The view from the room is beautiful but remember it is a shared balcony so people do walk by

Great location to downtown Ogunquit 1.6 mile walk or quick drive. Clean spacious rooms with comfortable beds and great views. Friendly staff, breakfast was available for a fee. Pool looked nice and there were kayaks ( not sure on pricing) great value.

this is a wonderful property. Beds are firm, shower is hot. The whole place is clean and well kept. Whole stay here was very relaxing also great views. only draw back they do not offer a daily refreshing of your room. they also offer a nice breakfast at a fair price

Excellent accommodations. Room was very clean, staff was very helpful and the view was great. The wifi is not great. If you stay in the terrace area make sure you can make steep stairs. The location is close to the beach and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent- but don’t take a window view room if you have a choice. Rooms on balcony provide views of the salt marsh and river and birds that are far superior. (Window views are in rooms with only half - length windows.) very convenient to several nature centers and Mt. Agamenticus.

This was our first time staying here. And we definitely will come back again. The guy that checked us in was very friendly. He made us feel welcome. The only downside is that u had to pay for breakfest there at 18.00 a person most places include it with the stay
