The staff is rude, asked if we can warm our own food, as I have food allergies, cant eat food from outside and asked if i can use any of their microwave, they refused to co operate

Well located in Wembley area. The wifi is extremely slow and quite frustrating. I understand the hotel wants to make money on the internet service but the free wifi is slower than 1mbps which is pointless

Great location, the room was clean but could do with updating, was quite shabby. The bathroom was obviously old and had gaps where sealant should have been. It was fine for one night but the mattress was old and uncomfortable and had obvious dips where people had slept.

Can be improved if basic stuff like a telephone is provided! Overall staff is v helpful & friendly!

Restaurant service was very kind but slow and portions were poor. Generally rooms and overall hotel were worn out

Regarding hygiene and service attitude, I am speechless...

Check-in requires a 10-pound handling fee. The service is very good. The facilities are relatively old, but the room is relatively clean. If you want to clean the room, you need to go to the front desk before 10 o'clock every day to request it. The transportation is very convenient. There is a subway station across the road, and Wembley Stadium is a five-minute walk away. The surrounding supermarkets, convenience stores, McDonald's, Chinese food, and fried chicken are all very convenient, basically only a five to ten-minute walk away

Very correct for its price. Next to the tube station, and well connected to central London. The room (double), spacious and the mattress VERY comfortable. The soundproofing could be improved, with signs everywhere so that the rest of the other guests is respected. Without a doubt, I will repeat on future visits to the city.
