Clean, breakfast is average, mostly packaged stuff.

I love IHG hotel. The price is good and amenities are much better than many motels. The front desk was friendly and the breakfast was awesome. We went to Leavenworth for Christmas but the price of hotels in Leavenworth was crazy. Wenatchee will be a good place to consider.

It was already past eight o'clock when I arrived at the store. There was an old lady at the front desk who didn't seem to trust full online payment for Ctrip orders. I haven't been able to arrange it after studying for a long time. I asked about this and that. This is the first time I have encountered this situation, and I wasted a lot of time. The online price is much more expensive than the store price. The hotel is very new, similar to domestic express hotels, with bright and modern colors. The windows are fully closed, but the sound insulation is average, and the traffic on the road is a bit noisy at night. There is water and coffee in the lobby all day long, and the seating area is beautiful. Next to the road, suitable for temporary accommodation.

I have stayed here twice and both times have been great. This hotel is fairly new and well kept. Staff is friendly and helpful. The only negative is the pool size is pretty small. Other than that great stay.

The place was clean, light, and exactly as described. Bed was comfortable and every we needed was in the room

Pet friendly but the potty area is at the far back corner of the parking lot in an unlit area. It needs to be moved to a safer location with lighting and security

Staff member who checked us in was inhospitable and not knowledgeable, was blunt and seemed like she just wanted to move us along. Room and bathroom were clean. We were told wifi worked but it did not. Charged a 50$ fee that was not made known to us before booking and the front desk staff said she wasn’t sure if we would get our money back

Staff was rude when we asked for additional bath towels. Breakfast was very limited and the food was bland.

Check in this time around took about 45 minutes and the Ellen gave us the wrong room number so we spent another 15 minutes waiting to get the proper room. No offense to her but she was the only one at 430-530pm on a Saturday. Overall we came back this is our 2nd visit here to this hotel and is a great spot for snowboarding and visit Leavenworth. Breakfast is decent and overall new and safe location.

Great new hotel! Everything you need and nothing you don’t. Clean and nicely designed. Great front desk staff!

After driving a long hour we finally arrived at the hotel a little bit late than the usual check in time expecting

The best part was free EV charging. Rooms could be cleaner and the pools have a lot of chlorine content, the eyes were burning after 15 minutes of use. But I'd highly recommend living here.
