房間大，明亮通風好，視野好，能看到不遠處的衞星發射場，比較安靜，位置偏點，外出就餐要打車到鎮上。停車方便。過馬路就是淇水灣沙灘，天氣原因，沒看到日出，看到了落日美景

房間大 視野好，陽台前面就是魯能希爾頓和海灘，右邊還能看到文昌衞星發射塔，小區環境優美，適合散步也非常安靜，離淇水灣、石頭公園、佛光寺、銅鼓嶺都不是很遠，騎小毛驢二十多分鐘都能到。離龍樓鎮也挺近的，外賣都能送到。特別感謝管家借小毛驢給我，讓出行變得很方便！

這家民宿非常好，真正的海景房，淇水灣及發射台盡收眼底，視線好。房間寬敞明亮，乾淨衞生，兩室兩廳兩衞，住着舒適。店家配的廚房用品，洗漱用品很齊全，自己做飯也非常方便。小區出門過馬路有小路直通海邊，幾分鐘就到，淇水灣很美，是度假的好地方。

周邊環境好，面朝大海春暖花開，小區停車很方便，周邊吃飯要跑一段路，陽台外視野開闊，看火箭🚀發射位置好，但正因今晚有發射，價格提高有點多了。
