挺好的酒店，不像網上有些吐槽的那樣。房間也不錯，服務態度也很好。親子活動也很豐富，負責活動的服務人員也很認真負責，車子充電也方便，有機會再到文昌來還會入住的。

別的不説，酒店衞生一般，設施老舊，服務差勁。因前台人員失誤導致我已付款的房費被退款，處理過程完全不符五星級酒店服務水準，電話騷擾，冒充警察，完全意識不到自己失誤給客人帶來麻煩，沒有客户訊息保護意識，酒店對服務人員培訓非常不到位，出行多年服務最差的酒店，還不如普通酒店。好在攜程介入後解決還比較順利，給攜程工作人員點贊。勸大家儘量遠離,連帶對文昌印象都不好～
