Even though my husband and I are far away from home, the housekeeper Anni has provided us the hospitality by recommending us places of interests and a place where we could have a good meal. She even helped us book the high speed rail tickets together with her colleague Mindy and reminded me gently to check out on time to catch the train. Kudos to Anni and Mindy!

We only stayed one night in this hotel as we were passing through on our way to Wanning, but we had a pleasant stay. The room was clean and spacious. A small plate of fruit was also delivered to the room for free in the evening. The pool is great and is directly opposite the beach. The breakfast was ok. A good selection of both Chinese and Western food. Last year we stayed at a Wyndham hotel in Clear Water, but this one was much better.

After learning that it was a parent-child trip, we also upgraded the parent-child room for us. Children like it very much; Due to the delay of the return plan, I applied for a late check-out. Manager Fan also asked the superior to help solve it. I am very grateful to 👍! Although there are large-scale meetings and reception tasks, the hotel is in a well-organized overall, the staff service is better, and the restaurant meal time is also delayed, which is very user-friendly! Staff are patient every time they handle extra meals at the entrance of the restaurant. I don’t know if others have found that the restaurant waiter has a young guy with glasses, his face is a bit round, he looks up to 20 years old, he is a super substitute, he can quickly find out if the guests have difficulties and need help, not much words, but do practical things, and very hearty, At the end of March, my child asked him to help him get a straw. When he checked in for dinner a week later, he took the initiative to ask if he needed a straw. Really caring, very hard at work! The photo was a bit deformed, but I can still recognize this person, a young man very suitable for the hotel service industry!

Conveniently locate and easy access to amenities. Front desk staff was courteous and helpful. The hotel is very dated. Though the bedroom was decently clean, the bathroom was a mess. It had stain marks all over the walls. The groutings in the shower cubicle had mild dew stains and so was the anti-slip bath mat. It is definitely not fit to be used. The foldable wooden windows above the wash basin had rotted and the paint was coming off. Coordination between front office and dining room staff was poor resulting in me being questioned about my eligibility to have breakfast. A moment of embarrassment. However the manager apologised and sent us a complimentary fruit platter and a pot tea.

Aijing International Hotel in Wenchang 2024/02/06-08 Front desk not really helpful. Just want you to go as it was the whole time ”OK, OK...” and ”I'll take you to your room”... But no help with luggage, nor an answer if the kitchen would have something for me to eat... I sent my list of allergies (gluten, dairy, egg, honey and soy) to the hotel's wechat the evening so that they could give it to the kitchen... First room: The fridge was not cold. Bathroom floor wet and entrance floor dirty 😰 The manager came and was friendly and helpful. He helped me with my luggage to another room 8505, which was larger. Here the fridge was also not really making cold and switched off when going out. They couldn't give an extra card for electricity. In the morning the manager showed me the different food at the buffet that I could eat, but I never received the pork etc, he promised the previous evening, for breakfast nor answered my message when I asked if I should wait for it... For breakfast I could eat the fruit and in a steam basket a piece of corn-on-the-cob, sweet potato, yam and taro. They also had corn flakes. Interesting they had 3 milk options: cow milk, soy milk and coconut milk... The second evening I spent an hour on Wechat with reception to find out if the kitchen could prepare something for me with my allergies - I did give it the previous evening.... Then I went for a walk on the beach... When I came back, they hadn't prepared the fish! The manager gave me a coconut with a straw to drink the juice... So I only wasted my time to find out if they could prepare something - I did give them my list in Chinese of what I cannot eat...😰 Luckily I always have some food with me... The fish tanks are outside the dining room so you can choose your fish fresh.... As in most places in China 😊 Swimming pool was empty. Good comfortable beds. Down duvets. Nice spacious room with little balcony, but balcony has a concrete wall, not glass to see through... From the premises you go directly onto the beach! Very nice quiet environment away from the crowds! After the fireworks at 21:00 the outside lights were switched off and then you only hear the sea... If you do not have transport, it is a bit far, but if you want to go and rest for a few days, away from crowds, then this is a good place 😎🤠🌻🏝️🏖️ Thete are charging facilities for electric cars... @

This time I took my kids to watch the launch of Chang'e 6. I couldn't book Hilton, so I chose this place. It's not bad, but not very convenient. It takes 15 minutes to walk to the beach. There are two restaurants downstairs. The hotel rooms are relatively open. If you can drive yourself, you should drive yourself. If you can book Hilton, you should book Hilton. The hotel service is OK. There are fewer breakfast options, but it's good overall. 

The first time I lived in this hotel apartment, it was a rotten building. It was very suitable for a family to travel collectively. The room was large and the bathrobes were clean. It was the beach when I went out. It was very close to the sea library. I went to the sea at night to pick up a lot of hermit crabs. Live. The swimming pool didn't look particularly clean. We swam and the skin was not uncomfortable. The mice running around in the grass next to it. The coconut grove at the door was also very popular. Wenchang was still quite pleasant to me. There was a Qingxing Dad's tea that was so delicious.

The place is large, the appearance is a bit old, the inside is still very clean, the pool has not been repaired when we went, it is not open. We set no breakfast, the hotel also specially presented breakfast, directly to the room, very intimate. At night, you can watch the moon and the stars, looking forward to the hotel getting better and better.

I took my mother on a tour around Hainan Island and found a room with a tatami tea table in this hotel. It was very convenient to eat next to Wenchang Middle School. There were many choices. After eating, we went shopping and then went back to the hotel to make a cup of tea. It was really not too comfortable~
