It is super close to the sea and is a great hotel for traveling with a baby to see the sea. The hotel's big rooftop is a great place to watch the sunrise. The boss is very good and has a smile. The environment is first-class. The comfortable villa area is quiet and safe. It is very close to the beach. The beach water is very good. This time I went to see the rocket launch with my friends. The nearby hotels and B&Bs can't be booked and are particularly expensive. Choosing to live here is really a wise choice. Not far from the price is suitable. I will choose here next time I have the opportunity.

First of all, the location is very good, you can see the sea from the balcony, and the rocket launch pad on the right (unfortunately you didn't encounter a rocket launch). In fact, you don't need to go to other scenic spots. The car drives five minutes to the beach where you can see the balcony. The scenery is very good.
The house is in the community, quite quiet (maybe there are few people in the off-season of summer vacation) parking in the community is not charged, the tram charges to go outside the community, walk for five minutes.
If it is a family trip, it is very suitable, there is a kitchen and you can cook by yourself.
The decoration is home decoration, not the kind of hotel that is very exquisite and tall, this should be paid attention to.

The Wenchang room was specious and modern and cheap at 200 yuan, compared with Sanya at 300 yuan with much older facilities.
There were no mosquitos or bugs encountered and the linens were spotting white. Can only smell a little tobacco smoke in the lift, but it never permeates the bedroom. I did not experience any noise or disturbances from outside the room.
The buffet was cheap at 19 yuan with a wide varieties of
food. There is a fast food restaurant next door and another further down the same road, about 50m away. A big chicken & egg pau plus a big pot of tea cost 8 yuan. Very cheap indeed.
If travelling on your own, a scooter ride will be the most convenient, on average 10 yuan. Just go to the nearest main road and there will be one within 5 mins. However, looking for a cab will be difficult and I would suggest using Weixin (WeChat) to do so. I failed to do it due to my foreign card being blocked and I had to use the scooter taxis.
Receptionists and cleaners are very helpful and would order taxis, gave me directions and suggested the restaurants to go to. One even looked after my washing without asking.
I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone.

Even though my husband and I are far away from home, the housekeeper Anni has provided us the hospitality by recommending us places of interests and a place where we could have a good meal. She even helped us book the high speed rail tickets together with her colleague Mindy and reminded me gently to check out on time to catch the train. Kudos to Anni and Mindy!

✅Advantages: It is relatively close to Wenchang attractions and Internet celebrity restaurants, and can be reached on foot
❌Disadvantages: It is not recommended for girls to stay alone.
Because the elevator is shared, you can go to any floor without swiping a card. ⚠️Non-hotel guests can also take the elevator, which is quite dangerous. 
Advantages: If you order takeout, the delivery guy can deliver it directly, so when the takeout arrives in the next room, you can hear it clearly in the room

HHanCharleneThe bed was a bit too soft compared to other 3-star and above hotels I have been to, hence difficult for me to sleep but no issue for my friend.
There was no heater functionality in the aircon but it was already mid Dec when we were there, hence it was quite cold.
There was no fridge in my room, but they did helped me to refridgerate my food.
Think there was no differentiation for smoking and non-smoking room? We got a room smell of smoke but managed to get it changed.
Everything else was good. Service was remarkable as we did bother them a few times and they responded quite fast.

I didn’t expect to receive a call from Ms. Fan, the guest manager of the front office, patiently asked about the needs of the stay. After learning that it was a parent-child trip, we also upgraded the parent-child room for us. Children like it very much; Due to the delay of the return plan, I applied for a late check-out. Manager Fan also asked the superior to help solve it. I am very grateful to 👍! Although there are large-scale meetings and reception tasks, the hotel is in a well-organized overall, the staff service is better, and the restaurant meal time is also delayed, which is very user-friendly! Staff are patient every time they handle extra meals at the entrance of the restaurant. I don’t know if others have found that the restaurant waiter has a young guy with glasses, his face is a bit round, he looks up to 20 years old, he is a super substitute, he can quickly find out if the guests have difficulties and need help, not much words, but do practical things, and very hearty, At the end of March, my child asked him to help him get a straw. When he checked in for dinner a week later, he took the initiative to ask if he needed a straw. Really caring, very hard at work! The photo was a bit deformed, but I can still recognize this person, a young man very suitable for the hotel service industry!

GGuest UserDuring our stay at the Wyndham Hotel, we encountered a strong storm, which was comparable to the Typhoon Rammar ten years ago. However, what made us feel reassured was that the waiters here always put our safety first. The waiter Wu Yili took the initiative to change our room, so that even in the face of a powerful 18-level typhoon, we could sleep peacefully without feeling any fear. When the typhoon gradually receded, we were pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel's facilities and equipment were still intact. It must be mentioned that in such severe typhoon weather, the hotel still ensured the normal supply of electricity, water and meals for the guests, and fully guaranteed the guests' stay experience. I sincerely thank every service person here for their efforts.

The hotel is very dated. Though the bedroom was decently clean, the bathroom was a mess. It had stain marks all over the walls. The groutings in the shower cubicle had mild dew stains and so was the anti-slip bath mat. It is definitely not fit to be used. The foldable wooden windows above the wash basin had rotted and the paint was coming off.
Coordination between front office and dining room staff was poor resulting in me being questioned about my eligibility to have breakfast. A moment of embarrassment. However the manager apologised and sent us a complimentary fruit platter and a pot tea.

Front desk not really helpful. Just want you to go as it was the whole time ”OK, OK...” and ”I'll take you to your room”...
But no help with luggage, nor an answer if the kitchen would have something for me to eat... I sent my list of allergies (gluten, dairy, egg, honey and soy) to the hotel's wechat the evening so that they could give it to the kitchen...
First room:
The fridge was not cold.
Bathroom floor wet and entrance floor dirty 😰
The manager came and was friendly and helpful. He helped me with my luggage to another room 8505, which was larger.
Here the fridge was also not really making cold and switched off when going out. They couldn't give an extra card for electricity.
In the morning the manager showed me the different food at the buffet that I could eat, but I never received the pork etc, he promised the previous evening, for breakfast nor answered my message when I asked if I should wait for it...
For breakfast I could eat the fruit and in a steam basket a piece of corn-on-the-cob, sweet potato, yam and taro. They also had corn flakes.
Interesting they had 3 milk options: cow milk, soy milk and coconut milk...
The second evening I spent an hour on Wechat with reception to find out if the kitchen could prepare something for me with my allergies - I did give it the previous evening.... Then I went for a walk on the beach... When I came back, they hadn't prepared the fish! The manager gave me a coconut with a straw to drink the juice...
So I only wasted my time to find out if they could prepare something - I did give them my list in Chinese of what I cannot eat...😰 Luckily I always have some food with me...
The fish tanks are outside the dining room so you can choose your fish fresh.... As in most places in China 😊

From the premises you go directly onto the beach!
Very nice quiet environment away from the crowds! After the fireworks at 21:00 the outside lights were switched off and then you only hear the sea...
If you do not have transport, it is a bit far, but if you want to go and rest for a few days, away from crowds, then this is a good place 😎🤠🌻🏝️🏖️

SSpinTheWorldThe hotel itself was very nice. The room was comfortable, no 'Chinese transparent bathroom', clean and nice. The only thing we have to mention was the attitude of the owner. We're teaching English in China and during our travels we had classes online. Usually, when asked, hotels do not frown upon on finding any kind of a place to host one of us for free for couple of hours to hold English class (because two people can't teach from one room) even if it might be common area. But this man didn't even allow us to stay in a lobby. In fact, he even did put an ultimatum, either we should pay additional 100 RMB, which is the full price of the room for 24 hours, either we're not allowed to to conduct any kind of teaching activity in public spaces within the hotel(in a common space)! Wow,so rude unfortunately. We hope you'd have a better experience.

AAnonymous UserI stayed at Xi Nian Hua Hotel when I traveled around the island. The hotel is in a great location. The surrounding environment is good. It is not far from anywhere. It is also convenient for eating and parking. The front desk service is enthusiastic and the room is clean and tidy. However, it would be better if the bathroom could be separated into dry and wet areas. It is still a trustworthy hotel.
