The advantage is that the price is cheap, the standard room is 2 1.5 meters beds, there are 3 people, the hardware facilities are not bad, the bed can sleep.
The disadvantage is about a few points. The front desk can consider changing a young man with quick hands and feet. The old aunt is slow and has to chat with you while opening the room, which makes people anxious.
The standard room is a room directly next to the Tongxinyuan Hotel. I don’t mind taking the room in other places. At least you have to prepare in advance. Don’t do this in front of me. The room is not enough. There are so many room types. Don’t mention any room upgrades. I didn’t ask. It is estimated that the old aunt at the front desk does not understand.
The biggest problem is that the quality of the guests is too poor. I have set 2 standard rooms on the 14th floor, and a 3-person room on the 11th floor. After 12 o'clock, there are guests in the room and there is a sound of dragging furniture on the ground. It seriously affects the attention. Just, this kind of elevator apartment is mixed. Go to a regular hotel in the future.

庭院式民宿，矗立在半山腰，空氣格外的好，周圍環境非常安靜。房間衛生很不錯，連樓梯都是一塵不染的，全屋智能非常貼心，照明和窗帘能語音控制。沒有專用停車場，車子衹能停在院外。房間樓頂有一台空氣能熱水器，晚上睡覺噪音還是挺明顯的，有點影響休息，建議店家增設隔噪措施。

JJoyceThis hotel is wonderful! We had a very pleasant stay and we highly recommend this hotel. We directly felt at home because of the warm welcome and the nicely decorated first floor. On the first floor is a space to sit, relax and eat, it is comfortable and looks very nice. The room was also very comfortable and has a lot of extra's. There was a nice swingchair and a lot of panda-accesories. The location is also very good closeby the panda park and the view from the room is splendid.
The whole staff is so nice! The atmosfere is very pleasant. They helpt us with everything and they gave us very delicious dinner. The breakfast was very good as well. And so was the service and all the extra's they gave us and the rides to the panda park.. A big thank you to the whole staff!

Arrived at the hotel at nearly 10 o'clock in the evening, checked in, and as soon as I entered the room, I could hear the sound of trucks passing by on the main road next to me. It was loud.
Asked the front desk if I could change the room, the front desk said: ”There are not so many cars at night. This room type is facing the street. If you want to change to another room type, you need to pay extra.”
Poor service awareness: Knowing that your room is facing the street and it will be noisy, you should take the initiative to inform the residents, or prepare earplugs.
There is only noodles for breakfast, but the noodles taste good. The hotel's cat is very cute.

RRuthYeoI was a solo traveller who stayed in the villa in early December 2023, an off-peak season. Room was clean, warm and comfortable. The Villa owners, Mr Deng and Mr Miao were friendly and very helpful. They offered a free to & fro ride to Mount Siguniang on one of their business trips during my stay. Even the staff were friendly and helpful too.
The Villa is a great location for anyone who wants to stay opposite 卧龙大熊猫苑神树坪基地. It would be more convenient to drive there though.
