The hotel view was amazing. Friendly staff over the reception and restaurants. Would definitely recommend.

The room is quite small but there is everything we need. Breakfast is very good. We could leave our baggages after checking out. The only drawback is that the hotel is under construction so that we could hear some noise from construction in our room.

Location is very good - just next to train station Breakfast is very good too - many options and a wide spread NOT good - rooms very very small and really no good amenities - construction work going on in this hotel and there is noise even for rooms which are not directly facing g construction area

There is some free activities provide for their customers regularly like hiking, cycling, spa. The hotel provides free drinking water with coffee machine.

The hotel was located at the Wengen, a small town where you can explore the place in 10 minutes. The hotel was just beside the train station so it was very convenient for me to travel to other places.

We stayed here in April. The location is very good as it’s just near Wengen train station. The breakfast is good! 😊 The staff are nice. However, as they are doing some renovations, we have to go to a different hotel if we want to use hotel amenities. Apart from that everything is good. Recommended!

Ski resort is right next to Wengen train station. Wengen has amazing view of the mountains. Recommended to stay at Wengen for the views. Resort undergoing refurbishment during our stay in Oct2024. Has scaffoldings surrounding the building, windows open to scaffolding platform, no view and felt dangerous. Booked a family room for 5, only has 1 toilet. Resort is very basic does not even have kettle in the room, front counter service is below average. Spa service is good nonetheless. Service at spa is amazing. Paying for the price of the spa I guess. Breakfast was alright. Dining area has mountain view

Great place to stay and relax (or retreat). The location is great and the staff are helpful except there is no hot flask available. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great place to stay and enjoy.

We were given a room with balcony and the view was very nice. Breakfast selection was good but the fruits were not good quality. Guests can access to the swimming pool, sauna, and outdoor jacuzzi which is very nice.

The Location is excellent. Just in front of alps at Jungfrau region . The train station is 1 minute walk. Winter season is fantastic It’s has a cozy spa swimming pool which give comfort after whole day tiring trip..

Very clean, spot on location, 10min from pyramids, excellent terrace with pyramid view, great food, helpful staff.
