I like this B&B very much, it is clean, tidy and simple
Hygiene: The bathroom is very clean and the public area is also very good
Environment: It is so comfortable to sit in the small garden and watch the snow-capped mountains
Service: I like the welcome postcard very much, it is very beautiful; the station pick-up is also very good

Very nice hotel in beautiful Wengen. Very helpful staff and delicious breakfast. While it may not be the biggest of hotels, it more than compensate with a great team of staff. Hotel is situated at the top of a slope but the very helpful staff was extremely helpful in giving us a ride both to and from the hotel.

This was a cute place with tremendous 360 views of the whole area. The room was small but very comfortable and the breakfast was very tasty and complete with meats, cheeses, fresh bread, yogurt and lots else, even eggs and coffee made to order. We stayed 3 days and felt totally at home! There is about a ten minute uphill walk from the station but the hotel manager will pick you up or drop you off if requested, which we did on the last day because of rain. It was just perfect!

sehr schönes sorgfältiges hotel… herzliche gastgeber… hällt was es verspricht…wunderbar..!!! sehr schönes frühstück mit frischen regionalen produkten… das haus ist sehr sorgfältig renoviert und sehr sauber… schöner garten mit vielen sitzgelegenheiten und der balkon sowieso zauberhaft…

I can’t say enough. Felt like we were in a storybook. Jana and the staff were so friendly. The views are magnificent. Breakfast in the morning was delicious and the eggs were so tasty! Great location and in walking distance to everything. Cozy, quaint and clean. Would def stay here again.

A fantastic little hotel. Quirky and perfect. The retro shower was so easy to use . Clean, great breakfast wonderful staff. The views are to die for and cows with bells just a 10 minute walk away! Van picked us up from the station great service.

This is our second day at Hotel Alpenruhe. Wow is all I can say. Exceptional in every way. They will pick you up from the train station typically. The views are amazing. The staff is amazing. The rooms, while simple, are amazing! Really and truly one of the best hotel experiences all around.

I love this place and can’t recommend it enough. This is the second time I stayed— once last summer for 3 days and then for over a week now, in June 2024 (solo both times). I needed a bit of a break from life and unplug, and the kindness and hospitality of the staff made my stay feel like a home away from home. If you feel hesitant about booking due to lack of amenities like fridge or microwave in rooms, I can assure you it’s not an issue nor burden. Again, I stayed here for 8 days and was perfectly fine and able without either! I didn’t even need them. I also left very early before breakfast (crack of dawn) and the staff was so kind to pack me a breakfast and even some sandwiches. I hadn’t even asked! The home away from home feeling here is unmatched.
