This hotel was amazing. The staff there are simply the best and very accommodating to my requests while there. I had my laundry done and forgot to mention I need extra soap since they were gym clothes 😬. So they gave me a hand written letter and a stuffed animal as an apology even though it was my fault for not mentioning it. They have a solid breakfast, and it’s close to a lot of great restaurants (I recommend 最爱妈妈菜). Will definitely be staying here again!

We booked a triple room, and the lady called in advance to inform us that one of the rooms was a sofa bed to avoid misunderstandings. Later, she helped us upgrade to a room with one large and one small bed. When we arrived at the hotel, the front desk staff was super enthusiastic and sent us to the room, and told us about some of the facilities and services in the room. The room is really very user-friendly, with many thoughtful details, including wireless charging, earplugs, clothes hooks, etc., and even an ironing board. I heard that lunch and supper are available, but we were already very full and didn't experience it. Parking can be parked on the ground or underground, but it feels a bit messy. Very good service, very enthusiastic. The lady at the front desk also lent us her umbrella. The hotel also has a laundry room and the lady at the front desk will personally help you wash and pack your clothes. The indoor supplies are very complete.
