I brought my daughter to the music festival, so I booked the Junting Hotel. It is very convenient to go to the high-speed rail station and the music festival. I saw a lot of musical instruments stored by the band at the elevator entrance, and my child was very excited. When I checked in, the front desk saw that I brought my child and upgraded the room for free. The room was very clean and soundproof, but the breakfast was a bit limited.

1.我站在前台辦理入住時，收到了前台接待的完全忽視，在入住櫃枱只有我一位客人的情況下，接待人員沒有主動問好、問詢是否辦理入住等，甚至都不看我一眼，我拿着身份證很尷尬，直到我開口。2.辦理完入住，所有服務人員站在那看着我們，沒有人指引電梯位置（經過觀察，也沒有指示

音樂節期間入住三晚，酒店總體還不錯，衞生/服務也基本滿意。但不少細節仍然可以改進，譬如高樓層洗澡的水温和水流的穩定性，冬季房間空調的制熱效果，以及早餐應該允許趕時間/趕飛機的客人可以簡單外帶/打包早餐，早餐時的咖啡應該做較大調整，目前早餐時提供的咖啡真的不太好喝。期待下一次入住時看到你們的（部分）改進。感謝，新年快樂！
