酒店很新也很大，非常乾淨，房間也很大，但是這個位置有些一言難盡。
樓下那條路大車特別多，一到晚上就是大貨車的天下，各種七米六和大半掛在下面呼嘯，最絕的是下面是路口有個紅綠燈，貨車起步轟油門直接地動山搖。
先前沒注意這麼吵後面都用完廁所才發現就沒有麻煩前台換房，據我觀察應該有一半的房間都是靠路側，睡眠不好千萬千萬不要選。
優點就是樓下有個很大的停車場很方便，但是説實話攜程三百塊錢訂的連個早餐也沒有相當不划算，離火車站也不遠不近的，大概走十五到二十分種能進站，但是那個站設計很垃圾容易找不到路或者走進死路，不如住遠一點打車過去。
總之就是如果圖坐火車方便那大可不必，真不如住遠一點打車，衞生裝修啥的都很好，但是晚上大貨車在臉上開還是有些抽象了。

房間香香的，沐浴露，洗髮水，洗手液都很好~房間也蠻大的，前台小哥哥小姐姐態度也很好！最重要的一點是，離温州南站特別近，走路就能到！

有濃郁的酒店普遍的那個味道。服務還行。距離温州南站比較近，酒店前面道路直走，走路大約15分鐘到温州南站東進站口。
