It is so wise to choose Hanting Hotel for this trip! As soon as I entered the room, it was clean and tidy without odor, the bed was soft and comfortable, and the linen was white as new, so that the fatigue of the journey disappeared instantly. The facilities are complete and intimate, from high-speed network to independent bathroom, stable hot water, air conditioning, all details are thoughtful. Hotel location is good to find, breakfast is rich, travel is easy and convenient. The staff is warm and professional, from check-in to check-out, every link is patiently answered, efficient, and makes people feel at home. The price is super high, and it is the best in the same price hotel. Next time I travel, Hanting is still my first choice!

The breakfast is also very delicious, the taste is good, especially the apple juice is delicious. Moreover, the breakfast opening hours are also quite long, from 7 to 10 o'clock on weekdays and from 7 to 11 o'clock on weekends. It is very thoughtful and user-friendly. In addition, the layout of the lobby on the first floor of the hotel is also very good, and you can smell a refreshing fragrance (a bit like the smell of flower and fruit tea) as soon as you enter the door, which makes people feel relaxed and happy. Starting with hotel is good and locations is close to airport with shuttle transport! Clean and good customer service. Food is terrible 😫 We booked a table for 2 and ordered salad and came with bacon then they replaced the salad for a salad without bacon but arrive WITH BACON bits.... i don't eat pork and they deliberately send one with bacon again. Burger was really small which a 3 years old kids will finish 3 of these Burgers!. On the breakfast there was no labels on the food so you don't know what you eating and u have just to leave upset with no eating g anything I paid for! Spa ... Been told swimming pool and jym available 24/7. Went to the swimming pool at 10.30 they said is closed. Not just that they said is close for tomorrow too. Very unhappy with the 5 stars hotel they don't provide 5 stars service!
