”Jia Qi Wenzhou, Wild in San'an”. We used to complain about the name of the hotel, but with this slogan, we suddenly felt it was okay. We are a family of 4 adults and 1 baby, staying in 2 rooms for 2 nights. The 2 days of our stay happened to be my and my baby's birthdays in turn, and the hotel upgraded the room type for free, which was also a birthday benefit~ 🏕️Surrounding environment: Backed by San'an Wetland, facing Vientiane City. The location can be said to be very comfortable and convenient. 🏨Hotel facilities: Newly opened in November last year, both the public area and the room facilities are very new, and there are no major problems in the details. The new Chinese style decoration is low-key and elegant. The water in the middle will spray once an hour, and the atmosphere is very strong, and the photos are very good! The brands used in the room bathroom decoration are all good, but I really don't like the handheld stick shower... The bedding is okay, but it's a pity that it doesn't come with latex pillow service as a big five-star hotel. The soft pillow is really not sleep-friendly. 🛏️Room hygiene: Cleaning meets five-star standards, no problem. 🤵🏻Overall service: The front desk service is fine, from check-in to check-out, everything is meticulous and thoughtful, it can be said to be very considerate, which is rare in Wenzhou. Restaurant service needs to be improved. My partner and I ate in the room for 2 days, except that the tableware was always not complete, we did not encounter any discomfort. My parents and baby got up early and went to the restaurant for dinner. They told us one thing: on the first day of dining, they asked the restaurant service staff for baby tableware. At first, they reported that there was no baby tableware, and then suddenly a set of baby tableware was delivered. On the second day of dining, they asked for baby tableware, but they reported that there was no baby tableware at the first time. After correction, they brought a set of baby tableware different from the previous day (it can be seen that the restaurant does not have more than one set of baby tableware), and the response time was long, and the experience was not very good. The restaurant and breakfast were also the most reported problems of this hotel based on the comments before we came. I hope the hotel can pay attention to it. In addition to all other aspects, whether it is the environment or the atmosphere of facilities, it can be regarded as the top hotel in Wenzhou at present, and I hope to maintain it. As a frequent visitor to Sanyang Wetland, we will stay here again next time we have a chance~

I have been coming to Wenzhou for 12 years now and can safely say this has been my favourite hotel so far. This year I brought my family including my 6 month old baby and it was super comfortable and easy. The staff really are amazing here. Especially Johnny, who went out of his way to make our stay very relaxing and enjoyable. Im not one for writing reviews but seriously couldn't have stayed at a better place, Highly recommend it

A very good value hotel with slight scope for improvement. As a foreigner i found the language barrier to be the most over here. However all the staff was helpful. The dinner and breakfast were decent additions. And there was coffee, tea and some sweets available in the lobby. The room was acceptable. The water does get logged in the shower so you have to be careful. The toilet space is kind of stiff but let's not get into the details. I think overall it was very good location and value for money. The early morning staff was so kind to pay for my taxi since we don't have local taxi app. I had no clues that she had already paid. I hope to come back again.

We stayed in hotel for 1 week. Location is very good right of wuna street with tons of shopping snd food. Room was clean decent size with great shower!! One thing we were missing was safety box. Ammenities provided by hotel are very good there are plenty of toiletries and fridge with water drinks and fruit replenished daily. In the lobby theres station with warm tea and snacks and fruit if u need more. And the most important thing was the staff. Two girls that we always seen during our stay were amazing. Always attentive and willing to help with anything we needed. Always smilling and happy. That made our trip much more enjoyable. We will definitely be staying again at this hotel in the future.
