Absolutely amazing. Immediately upon arrival, we were greeted by two very welcoming front desk staff. They assisted with our luggage and showed us to our room. The room itself is clean and spacious and it was well cleaned every single day. The amenities for this hotel far exceeded our expectations -- in room massage chair, mini bar, laundry room, breakfast and snacks, fitness room, and much more. There are sweet potatoes, drinks and snacks, and small items such as Q tips, makeup remover wipes, band aids, etc. all readily available on the first floor should you need them. There are 3 washers and 3 dryers and on most days I found them to be occupied, but not to worry, someone from the staff will do your laundry for you if you let them know. Your clothing will be folded and left in your room once finished. We stayed for over 2 weeks and have not had a single issue. The location is super convenient with food, shopping, and taxis all around. Every single staff member we encountered were so pleasant and helpful. Whatever you need is just a call or a text message away. The only thing we needed was our own travel adapter. Needless to say, this hotel fully deserves 5 stars and we look forward to coming back.

Everything is perfect, wenzhou is my hometown and I didn’t come back for many years, stay just 50meters away from wuma street bring back a lot memories. The hotel is new renovated, free snack and coffee at anytime, super clean room. Also the staff in the reception was really welcoming and warm.
