Schlechte Frühstücks-Organisation wegen Busreisender. Für die waren die Tische reserviert, für individuelle Gäste nicht. Morgens ewige Suche nach freiem Platz.

Unpersönliche Atmosphäre, gleichgültiges Personal, durchschnittliches Essen. Der Frühstücksraum hat den Charme einer Bahnhofshalle. Zimmer klein und schlecht gereinigt. Leerer Kühlschrank, dafür zwei warme, kostenpflichtige Flaschen Wasser auf dem Zimmer.

Das Hotel ist auf Busgruppen spezialisiert, entsprechend starr sind die Abläufe. Individuelle Lösungen werden von den Leuten an der Rezeption erst gar nicht versucht. Den mangelnden Zimmerservice kaschiert man mit dem Begriff "Nachhaltigkeit". Wird Zimmerservice trotzdem bestellt, ist die Durchführung Glückssache. Im Speisesaal herrscht eine Atmosphäre wie am Bahnhof Altona. Die Bar ist für Raucher! Gut ist allein die ruhige, zentrale Lage.

Volle Punktzahl für den Rest! Leider gab es an der Rezeption eine mürrische Mitarbeiterin, dessen Eindruck durch eine sehr freundliche Mitarbeiterin wieder legalisiert wurde. Dafür wurden wir durch eine superfreundliche F&B Leiterin im Restaurant Tenno und ein super wohlschmeckendes Abendessen voll entschädigt! Auch das Frühstücksbuffet ließ wirklich keine Wünsche offen. Trotz zahlreicher Gäste wurde immer das volle Angebot präsentiert! Genau diese Darbietung entspricht meinem Geschmack ergänzt von superfrischem Räucherlachs. Das Stadtzentrum war mal eben 5 min um die Ecke, das Parkhaus für faire 6 Euro die Nacht 100 m vorm Hotel. Meine absolute Weiterempfehlung für dieses Haus trotz der Größe!

Wir haben uns für dieses Hotel entschieden, da es in Gehweite zum Stadtkern liegt und der Preis in Ordnung gewesen ist. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich. Das Hotel ist in meinen Augen wie ein Kongress- bzw Meeting-Hotel. Das Zimmer war sauber und in Ordnung. Das Bett war genau richtig, nicht zu weich oder durchgelegen. Das Bad war sauber. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und angemessen. Wir haben uns für das Parkhaus vor dem Hotel entschieden. Wir würden das Hotel wieder buchen.
