Mason Pine Hotel in Bandung offers a blend of modern comfort and nature's tranquility. There's 2 towers, Mason and Pine. Apparently Mason Tower offers more spacious rooms. The staff's hospitality and the hotel's cleanliness add to the overall positive experience. Their housekeeping service was awesome! We came back at the end of the day with super clean room. However, no iron and board provided. You need to request.
Location wise, it's further away from the Bandung City but about 15min to Padalarang Station. We shifted to this Hotel after 2 nights at city area as we intended to take Whoosh at Padalarang to Jakarta.
To add on, they prepared a birthday cake in celebration of my birthday. Overall, it's a delightful choice for those seeking a serene getaway amidst Bandung's beauty.

I booked 2 rooms, requested close to, the room was large, quite clean and comfortable, AC and Wifi are good, the children enjoy swimming in the pool upstairs, the receptionist is friendly served by Mr. Suwandai. This hotel has great potential to be a highly recommended hotel, but fell short on few crucial things. The location is great, good looking exterior, and the room is well designed too! But unfortunately seems this hotel is not well maintained. Maybe because of COVID. But should not be an excuse, tho. Let start with some positives: 1. Room is spacious, good looking design 2. Great location 3. Nice exterior design 4. Decent food During our stay, we found several issues: 1. The room wasn’t exactly the best smelling room we’ve been. Moreover, definitely need so many cleaning such as on the curtain and the bed headboard. 2. The restaurant only open until around 8. We could not even get a plate and a set of cutlery at night. 3. The pillows are rather bad for a 3-star hotel. 4. the wi-fi is terrible. Disconnected every 5 minutes with bare minimum speed. 5. The receptionist wasn’t exactly at their post everytime (sometimes no one is there) This hotel shows sign of its glory years but obviously the COVID didn’t help in its maintenance and management. Not sure whether we would be back here again, but if something drastic is done, we would love to stay here again.

this is my impromptu traveling with my family as usual. we choose this hotel based on room availability and fit for us (2Aduts + 1 teen + 1kid), we stayed at suite room which is just the same like others, only additional sofabed + spacious room. extrabed is too thin (only matress) waterheater not too hot. standard aircon temperature, even though the weather is cold. but feel stuffy without AC. mold on the wall and dirts under the table. breakfast menu standard. The restaurant staff is helpful when we ask to have lunch, with simple friedrice.

This is my experience of staying at Lembang Asri for the 5th time 😁
Its calming natural vibes always invite you to come back. The large garden, playground and pool are a bit warm for children, quite a favorite.
The less pleasant thing is the restaurant section. Please, every time you come here the Breakfast Menu is always the SAME. true, both are the same. I've memorized it. The variety and taste are very lacking.
Plus the attitude of the restaurant employees is less friendly. Lack of smiles, and seem excessive in supervising guests who eat. Wow sis, we have paid an additional charge for children which is not cheap, 75K per child with a very simple menu. Maybe we can do more training for Hospitality, and the Chef can make menu variations, so that guests don't get bored.
For the Front Office, Security, Helper, everything is okay and friendly.

AabdulsalamaboutThis resort has quite a vast and isolated feel to it. Many of the chalets are on tall stilts because the resort is built in steep forest. In the evening, all that you can hear is the sound of a thousand crickets and sometimes a bird of the night. If you enjoy looking at nature - plants, birds and interesting invertebrates - this place is perfect. The staff are very friendly, and from the dining room balcony at the top of the resort you have a fantastic view of the valley with the city of Bandung in the far distance. Sometimes you will hear the beautiful sound of boys reciting in a masjid just beyond the resort. The resort has a very memorable mushola in a pine hut, with a small library. Whether you are walking to the dining room to eat, or walking to the mushola to pray, or just walking around the resort to look at nature, your walks will be peaceful and happy. All of the paths are very steep, so there are many steps through the tall pine trees.

GGuest UserI chose cabin only without toilet, but the public toilet and shower is clean. Cabin 9-10 close to the public shower. The cabin good and cool. The window can be changed to clear or blur. They have table and chair in front of the cabin so people can do bbq in front of the cabin. The place also clean. Love to come again. Only the way to reach the place only need stairs. Not good for bug luggage bht okay for cabin size luggage.

The swimming pool is large, clean and there is a hot tub. There are houses for rabbits and deer. Children's play area. Friendly service. Highly recommended.

GGuest UserIt is my second time to stay at Sandlewood. Compared with my last visit, the backyard becomes the building now. The thing not changed is I can still find the old fashioned cars parked there and the backyard gate is still there. The lobby is still maintained well with European decoration. ”Feels like home” becomes the slogan in Sandlewood now. The designated mug in each room is available now and staffs are friendly and professionally to serve you all the time still. You can really relax yourself with friends or families here on weekends or holidays in Lembang. The only thing is since the rooms are not many, booking earlier is highly recommended. Come here and have fun. Enjoy.

EErly/If you are looking for a mountain view, than it's the right place to rest. No wifi, limited channels on TV, limited options of food (Taste of foods are too salty or too sweet), limited service. Rooms are standard, water heater, coffee, and water are provided, they give you a pillow and a bolster per bed. You will only get towels, soap, shampoo, and no toothbrush or toothpastes. If you have more money, I suggest you to book the executive one rather than the standard one. The executive one offers spacious room. Rooms have no air cond, but air is cold enough and windy. One problem I hate most, flies are too many, they said flies always come after it stops raining though teh resort is in the high area. These flies were everywhere, and difficult to avoid them not to go inside the room either.

GGuest UserNot a real camping but you can stay at your tents and enjoy the atmosphere of mountainside nature here. The interior layout and decoration are pretty amazing. Biking, jogging, flying fox or motorbike cruising are available here. Kids can have fun in the playing ground while parents are enjoying the sightseeing around the resort. It is worthy to have your own BBQ here by having various BBQ packages next to your tents. The chicken meat is really fresh and yummy. My kids love it so much. You can also find lots of cuisine by Gofood nearby as well. The staffs here are really friendly to serve you all the time. The resort is a good place for families to enjoy and relax themselves during holidays or weekends. The only thing is no complimentary breakfast here, so extra payment is needed or try to have Gofood instead. It is not easy to get the room here since it is pop on weekends or holidays. Try to book it earlier or stay on weekdays. Come and enjoy yourself here. Have fun.

The taste just so standard, the option also not so many. Free 2 breakfast for each room. The helper man is so helpful. Forgot to ask the name but he is really kind man. More success for Villa Lemon

Breakfast Food is just fried rice with omelet or chicken and tea, not much options available for breakfast... Hotel has no AC in most of the rooms. Provided hot water facility. Hotel is located in outer of lembang that's why very close to many champing areas and forest areas... Just a Budget hotel.
