Mason Pine Hotel in Bandung offers a blend of modern comfort and nature's tranquility. There's 2 towers, Mason and Pine. Apparently Mason Tower offers more spacious rooms. The staff's hospitality and the hotel's cleanliness add to the overall positive experience. Their housekeeping service was awesome! We came back at the end of the day with super clean room. However, no iron and board provided. You need to request.
Location wise, it's further away from the Bandung City but about 15min to Padalarang Station. We shifted to this Hotel after 2 nights at city area as we intended to take Whoosh at Padalarang to Jakarta.
To add on, they prepared a birthday cake in celebration of my birthday. Overall, it's a delightful choice for those seeking a serene getaway amidst Bandung's beauty.

2022 I checked in at this hotel, I forgot the month. The first time I entered the hotel lobby was greeted by the receptionist, as far as I know named elsa CMIIW. The first photo I had permission from him at the time of fixing the broken flasher, swiftly with good speech I think giving a lot of tips is fine. I think he is the most kind, friendly, sprightly staff I've ever met 😍. The second photo, when I checked in again, it was seen that there were spots on the bed sheet. I complained by calling the receptionist, it turned out that there was no answer when I got off at the receptionist counter, there was no one, I was surprised that the staff was smoking in the front restaurant. After waiting 60 minutes - 90 minutes finally the other staff changed the bed sheet, at that time I came out because I wanted to shop. The third photo was back at the hotel at night and when I opened the bed sheet it was still stained like blood 😭. In the fourth photo, the lights suddenly flickered like in a club shortly afterwards turned off. I decided to checkout that night, again and again there was no one at receptionist! I decided to put the hotel key at the receptionist and did not take my deposit because I was fed up and annoyed. I hope to pay more attention in terms of staff aspects and room cleanliness.

I booked 2 rooms, requested close to, the room was large, quite clean and comfortable, AC and Wifi are good, the children enjoy swimming in the pool upstairs, the receptionist is friendly served by Mr. Suwandai. Breakfast is quite varied. Security is also friendly and friendly. Thank you management Grand Pacific Bandung.

So I came here because I got a voucher. Heh. I went into the room and realized that the wall was a little tiny in my heart. breakfast only 4 menus + bread and cereal.. it feels very unfriendly.. fortunately there are bread and cereal that saved me.. the refills are on the rooftop.. which is especially although the morning will feel a little tired.. I'm not going back again.. *ps: Since everything is a bit shocking, somebody knocked next door... feels like knocking into their own room.

This hotel has great potential to be a highly recommended hotel, but fell short on few crucial things. The location is great, good looking exterior, and the room is well designed too! But unfortunately seems this hotel is not well maintained. Maybe because of COVID. But should not be an excuse, tho. Let start with some positives: 1. Room is spacious, good looking design 2. Great location 3. Nice exterior design 4. Decent food During our stay, we found several issues: 1. The room wasn’t exactly the best smelling room we’ve been. Moreover, definitely need so many cleaning such as on the curtain and the bed headboard. 2. The restaurant only open until around 8. We could not even get a plate and a set of cutlery at night. 3. The pillows are rather bad for a 3-star hotel. 4. the wi-fi is terrible. Disconnected every 5 minutes with bare minimum speed. 5. The receptionist wasn’t exactly at their post everytime (sometimes no one is there) This hotel shows sign of its glory years but obviously the COVID didn’t help in its maintenance and management. Not sure whether we would be back here again, but if something drastic is done, we would love to stay here again.

Located at Lembang, air was fresh and cool. The architecture of the hotel was breathtaking and a lot of places to take pics. I personally like the Kids Cads, as their are activities for kids and the caretaker is highly attentive and experienced in children education. Pool was great but due to rain, the heated pool still feels cold especially for kids. Room was not as spacious as we thought it would be, but it's just okay and mini bar was free. Coffee from Inspira was actually good and i had it several cups. The twin bed is too small even for me and my 4 yo toddler to sleep in. Despite the low occupancy during fasting month and a request note for large bed, we didn't manage to get what we wanted. Food was okay, but i wish they have more varities of food especially menus that are more kids friendly like pasta. We tried both restaurants, Semeja and Monomono, found that we like monomono better. The overall experience was good. My kid likes to feed the fish, swim and play at the kids Cads. I love the plants nursery and gym. All staffs are very friendly.

Outstanding hotel, nice view with a bunch of kids activities. Rizky Front office staff gave us excellent service very friendly and helpful. Also Roslita restaurant staff in charge very understanding with our conditions (family with 3 kids). Definitely will return for next weekend

I chose cabin only without toilet, but the public toilet and shower is clean. Cabin 9-10 close to the public shower. The cabin good and cool. The window can be changed to clear or blur. They have table and chair in front of the cabin so people can do bbq in front of the cabin. The place also clean. Love to come again. Only the way to reach the place only need stairs. Not good for bug luggage bht okay for cabin size luggage.

AabdulsalamaboutThis resort has quite a vast and isolated feel to it. Many of the chalets are on tall stilts because the resort is built in steep forest. In the evening, all that you can hear is the sound of a thousand crickets and sometimes a bird of the night. If you enjoy looking at nature - plants, birds and interesting invertebrates - this place is perfect. The staff are very friendly, and from the dining room balcony at the top of the resort you have a fantastic view of the valley with the city of Bandung in the far distance. Sometimes you will hear the beautiful sound of boys reciting in a masjid just beyond the resort. The resort has a very memorable mushola in a pine hut, with a small library. Whether you are walking to the dining room to eat, or walking to the mushola to pray, or just walking around the resort to look at nature, your walks will be peaceful and happy. All of the paths are very steep, so there are many steps through the tall pine trees.

The swimming pool is large, clean and there is a hot tub. There are houses for rabbits and deer. Children's play area. Friendly service. Highly recommended.

GGuest UserIt is my second time to stay at Sandlewood. Compared with my last visit, the backyard becomes the building now. The thing not changed is I can still find the old fashioned cars parked there and the backyard gate is still there. The lobby is still maintained well with European decoration. ”Feels like home” becomes the slogan in Sandlewood now. The designated mug in each room is available now and staffs are friendly and professionally to serve you all the time still. You can really relax yourself with friends or families here on weekends or holidays in Lembang. The only thing is since the rooms are not many, booking earlier is highly recommended. Come here and have fun. Enjoy.

EErly/If you are looking for a mountain view, than it's the right place to rest. No wifi, limited channels on TV, limited options of food (Taste of foods are too salty or too sweet), limited service. Rooms are standard, water heater, coffee, and water are provided, they give you a pillow and a bolster per bed. You will only get towels, soap, shampoo, and no toothbrush or toothpastes. If you have more money, I suggest you to book the executive one rather than the standard one. The executive one offers spacious room. Rooms have no air cond, but air is cold enough and windy. One problem I hate most, flies are too many, they said flies always come after it stops raining though teh resort is in the high area. These flies were everywhere, and difficult to avoid them not to go inside the room either.

MmikeylrStaycation to Black Bird, Bandung. I went my 2D1N here, the location at Lembang Bandung. The receptionist, cafe, and the room are separated, and we need to have a short walk. The staff and security are friendly to us and help bring our stuff to the room. I didn't try the swimming pool because there are so many fallen leaves on the pool's surface. The rainy come and become humid. The room also eats but wooden smelly. Unfortunately, there's a hair mark also stained on my bedsheets, pillow, and to be honest looks not comfy, and I've complained to them. They should have an improvement in this issue. During the covid-19 pandemic, the cleaning and healthy room is the first issue, but overall, thanks!

GGuest UserNot a real camping but you can stay at your tents and enjoy the atmosphere of mountainside nature here. The interior layout and decoration are pretty amazing. Biking, jogging, flying fox or motorbike cruising are available here. Kids can have fun in the playing ground while parents are enjoying the sightseeing around the resort. It is worthy to have your own BBQ here by having various BBQ packages next to your tents. The chicken meat is really fresh and yummy. My kids love it so much. You can also find lots of cuisine by Gofood nearby as well. The staffs here are really friendly to serve you all the time. The resort is a good place for families to enjoy and relax themselves during holidays or weekends. The only thing is no complimentary breakfast here, so extra payment is needed or try to have Gofood instead. It is not easy to get the room here since it is pop on weekends or holidays. Try to book it earlier or stay on weekdays. Come and enjoy yourself here. Have fun.

The taste just so standard, the option also not so many. Free 2 breakfast for each room. The helper man is so helpful. Forgot to ask the name but he is really kind man. More success for Villa Lemon

Breakfast Food is just fried rice with omelet or chicken and tea, not much options available for breakfast... Hotel has no AC in most of the rooms. Provided hot water facility. Hotel is located in outer of lembang that's why very close to many champing areas and forest areas... Just a Budget hotel.
