Over all, it is pleasant because the ambience is fresh and open space, the lobby is extraordinarily beautiful and majestic with its modern colonial concept. From the front gate security, lobby, f&b team, HK everyone is friendly except the front desk staff, guests have to say hello first before they look at the guests, he is not a hospitalist, not suitable for working at the front of the hotel, when I asked a few things about the types of rooms he seemed to explain without enthusiasm and minimal information, hopefully when we come back we won't see him again.
We first went to this hotel, on the recommendation of an F&B staff member when we were staying in Cirebon, it turned out that she (Sinta) was already a staff member at Mason Pine. We were really surprised, thanks a lot to Mr. Bani, Mr. Jaka and especially Sinta for your hospitality.
We ordered a deluxe pine room, the hotel was not full but why were we chosen a room with a side view, when we saw there were still other rooms. The nightstand in room 1714 does not match the interior of the room.
The taste of the food we ate, both at breakfast and in Samara, was delicious.
We plan to go back to try another room type...see you Sinta.

this is my impromptu traveling with my family as usual. we choose this hotel based on room availability and fit for us (2Aduts + 1 teen + 1kid), we stayed at suite room which is just the same like others, only additional sofabed + spacious room. extrabed is too thin (only matress) waterheater not too hot. standard aircon temperature, even though the weather is cold. but feel stuffy without AC. mold on the wall and dirts under the table. breakfast menu standard. The restaurant staff is helpful when we ask to have lunch, with simple friedrice.

This is my experience of staying at Lembang Asri for the 5th time 😁
Its calming natural vibes always invite you to come back. The large garden, playground and pool are a bit warm for children, quite a favorite.
The less pleasant thing is the restaurant section. Please, every time you come here the Breakfast Menu is always the SAME. true, both are the same. I've memorized it. The variety and taste are very lacking.
Plus the attitude of the restaurant employees is less friendly. Lack of smiles, and seem excessive in supervising guests who eat. Wow sis, we have paid an additional charge for children which is not cheap, 75K per child with a very simple menu. Maybe we can do more training for Hospitality, and the Chef can make menu variations, so that guests don't get bored.
For the Front Office, Security, Helper, everything is okay and friendly.

I booked 2 rooms, requested close to, the room was large, quite clean and comfortable, AC and Wifi are good, the children enjoy swimming in the pool upstairs, the receptionist is friendly served by Mr. Suwandai. stayed for two nights here.the main note is that there is an independent bank atm at the entrance of the hotel.it is still one building with the hotel with spa and reflexiology that the price is not expensive,and there is also indomaret. At least for the need to buy drinking water and snacks is easy. Next to the hotel is a pharmacy and a big mosque. Opposite the hotel is a Sunda dining house, fried rice and cart buns, there is also a coffee house. Really complete what needed is around the hotel. The room size 18m2 is enough for a mantra in the room. Add a spacious feeling with a window in the room. unfortunately,the window with dead glass,if the window can be opened,it is certainly comfortable to feel the cold air of bandung in the morning.the bed is comfortable with a pillow and also a unique small pillow extra.the tv channel is very complete. water heater is available,although coffee and tea are not provided.it is no problem to be able to buy all at indomaret.bathroom towels are soft and wide.water is also good pressure. There are two notes for room facilities, room air conditioning is not cold enough, it seems to be needed in the service filter and the bathroom is not so spacious (if it is 20cm wider it will definitely be enough). the breakfast menu is very varied and delicious,even the bataki sauce when i tried the sauce tasted just right.for smokers,there is also its own place.one note for breakfast,why is the drinking glass so small?

I chose cabin only without toilet, but the public toilet and shower is clean. Cabin 9-10 close to the public shower. The cabin good and cool. The window can be changed to clear or blur. They have table and chair in front of the cabin so people can do bbq in front of the cabin. The place also clean. Love to come again. Only the way to reach the place only need stairs. Not good for bug luggage bht okay for cabin size luggage.

GGuest UserIt is my second time to stay at Sandlewood. Compared with my last visit, the backyard becomes the building now. The thing not changed is I can still find the old fashioned cars parked there and the backyard gate is still there. The lobby is still maintained well with European decoration. ”Feels like home” becomes the slogan in Sandlewood now. The designated mug in each room is available now and staffs are friendly and professionally to serve you all the time still. You can really relax yourself with friends or families here on weekends or holidays in Lembang. The only thing is since the rooms are not many, booking earlier is highly recommended. Come here and have fun. Enjoy.

EErly/If you are looking for a mountain view, than it's the right place to rest. No wifi, limited channels on TV, limited options of food (Taste of foods are too salty or too sweet), limited service. Rooms are standard, water heater, coffee, and water are provided, they give you a pillow and a bolster per bed. You will only get towels, soap, shampoo, and no toothbrush or toothpastes. If you have more money, I suggest you to book the executive one rather than the standard one. The executive one offers spacious room. Rooms have no air cond, but air is cold enough and windy. One problem I hate most, flies are too many, they said flies always come after it stops raining though teh resort is in the high area. These flies were everywhere, and difficult to avoid them not to go inside the room either.

GGuest UserNot a real camping but you can stay at your tents and enjoy the atmosphere of mountainside nature here. The interior layout and decoration are pretty amazing. Biking, jogging, flying fox or motorbike cruising are available here. Kids can have fun in the playing ground while parents are enjoying the sightseeing around the resort. It is worthy to have your own BBQ here by having various BBQ packages next to your tents. The chicken meat is really fresh and yummy. My kids love it so much. You can also find lots of cuisine by Gofood nearby as well. The staffs here are really friendly to serve you all the time. The resort is a good place for families to enjoy and relax themselves during holidays or weekends. The only thing is no complimentary breakfast here, so extra payment is needed or try to have Gofood instead. It is not easy to get the room here since it is pop on weekends or holidays. Try to book it earlier or stay on weekdays. Come and enjoy yourself here. Have fun.

The taste just so standard, the option also not so many. Free 2 breakfast for each room. The helper man is so helpful. Forgot to ask the name but he is really kind man. More success for Villa Lemon
