The only positive of this place was it was convenient for the event we attended and it's outlook. The lodge itself could be really nice, it's in a great secluded spot overlooking a small lake with parking right next to it, but this is where where the positives end. We arrived to a completely filthy lodge, we had to spend the first hour of our trip cleaning the lodge to make it habitable. The mattress all need replacing as they are ancient with spings coming through so we slept very poorly. The shower has clearly not been updated since the early 90's and was either scolding or freezing, switching between the two at random. Overall, the lodge needs a complete update and to be cleaned before every visit!
