West Bromwich

We visited for one night in June 2024. We were staying here as we had a family party nearby and so booked multiple rooms. The rooms were clean and in good condition. The bathroom was lovely with a walk in shower. The staff were absolutely amazing- probably the nicest staff of any premier inn I’ve stayed at before. They were polite and friendly and helpful. This was not only the check in and check out staff but also the restaurant staff. I would recommend staying here

very comfy rooms, food was very good. all staff extremely friendly. Tv could have been a bit bigger. Some bottled water in the room would have been nice

Just stopped here for I night , Michelle and Paige at the West Bromwich Birmingham .. amazing staff and so helpful .. rooms are excellent and comfortable and very clean … shower is the best shower … highly recommended it thank u Michelle and Paige .. p.s we stopped at the slough premier inn , we paid over 600 pounds for 2 rooms … absolutely disgrace .. avoid it at any cost Do not stay there !!!!! 😖😖😖

I stay at Premier Inn every year for Church Conferences. The West Bromwich branch is very comfortable with the ducks nearby (smile).

Didn’t enjoy my stay, it was noisy and the hotel somewhat dated in appearance and feel. I l didn’t sleep well due to the noise of people in the corridor.

I had just had hip operation needed a good night sleep before returning home to Essex and you looked after me very well Thank you so much Much appreciated

Well located “ standard” Premier Inn. Receptionist was pleasant and efficient. Bedroom was clean but I thought the furnishing was a little tired and the television was a tiny portable. However, there is a huge car park and no issues with space which I frequently encounter. I will stay here again.

This is one of the best Premier Inn’s to stay in, the staff on reception and the cleaning staff are always friendly and professional. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff and they will do anything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The rooms are always clean and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Von on reception will always help with restaurant bookings at the next door pub and any other issues you may have along with all the rest of the excellent reception staff. All the staff are a credit to the company and if you are staying in the area then this is the hotel for you, ideally situated for events on Birmingham as there is a tram station within 5/10 minutes walk where you can catch the tram into Birmingham. Thank you all for another wonderful stay.

Staff were excellent and friendly throughout the stay. The room was clean and tidy and smelt fresh. There was an issue with a squeaky floor board but we worked round this for the visit. Show was hot and powerful giving a refreshing shower. The restaurant staff were good and the waitress we had dealt with my guest who had allergies. Checked every item and even advised that the onion rings were done in the same fryer as mushrooms. Had a mushroom allergy. The car park could do with the bays being remarked out and ensure all people park within a bay and not dump the car across two bays.
