Issue eventually resolved, but it took a while
We had a 3 night stay at this hotel. I am receiving treatment for a medical condition which requires me to sleep in a cool room in order to be comfortable. During the first night, we realized the AC did not work properly, so I went down to the front desk to report the issue the next morning. We had the same issue the second night, so I had to go back to the front desk again the following morning. That day I got a call from the Regional Manager (?) asking for clarification about the problem. The problem was resolved that day so we could sleep comfortably the third night. The fact that we couldn't sleep due to the uncomfortable room temp 2 of the 3 nights we were there is the reason for my ratings on room comfort/condition/service/etc.
