Everything was great. The room, grounds, staff, and breakfast were all excellent. My only disappointment was the hot tub was not working. The main reason I booked here was for the hot tub. Outside of that, Everything was great and we will be back.

Front Desk and General Manager are unreasonable and not customer service oriented. They chose to pad profits rather than retaining a customer. This place is not a typical hotel. This is for people staying long term. I felt as though since I wasn't living here I was disregarded and not seen as a potential revenue stream.

Ok stay
Bed was broke. Had to be switched to a mew room. Hot tub was down which was very disappointing.

The hot tub was not working. We chose this hotel because of the hot tub. It would have been nice to know that it was not working.

Issue eventually resolved, but it took a while
We had a 3 night stay at this hotel. I am receiving treatment for a medical condition which requires me to sleep in a cool room in order to be comfortable. During the first night, we realized the AC did not work properly, so I went down to the front desk to report the issue the next morning. We had the same issue the second night, so I had to go back to the front desk again the following morning. That day I got a call from the Regional Manager (?) asking for clarification about the problem. The problem was resolved that day so we could sleep comfortably the third night. The fact that we couldn't sleep due to the uncomfortable room temp 2 of the 3 nights we were there is the reason for my ratings on room comfort/condition/service/etc.
